"How are you doing?" Nie Yan sent Tang Yao a message with some urgency.


"I'm fine, managed to escape. The Netherthunder Eagle got seriously injured," Tang Yao replied, heaving a sigh of relief at the sight of the guy riding the Wind Serpent not chasing after him.


Nie Yan furrowed his brows upon realizing that the Divine Protectors had obtained a Wind Serpent. This was becoming troublesome.


"I think the guy riding the Wind Serpent isn't with the Divine Protectors. If they had been well coordinated in advance, there's no way I could have escaped," Tang Yao said, reflecting back on the recent battle.


Even if he wasn't from the Divine Protectors, Nie Yan had to admit that the newcomer was an enemy, not a friend.
