In a remote jungle nestled between Chu City and Whitewater City within the Da  Xuan Country, a thin and frail figure was leaning against a thick tree trunk.  Both of his legs were spread apart in a relaxed manner. 

This figure belonged to a thirteen or fourteen-year-old teenager. 

Aside from his unusually pale face, the boy had fairly common facial features.  His clothes were loose-fitting and a bright shining steel sword was carelessly thrown by his side.

"Cough! Our sect has its own reasons for doing this, Brother Zhou need not concern himself!" Just as the Lei surnamed big man pondered for a moment, Lin Caiyu by his side said with a charming smile.


"I see, perhaps I was a bit presumptuous. Still, I can't help feeling that it's a bit of a pity," Zhou Tianhe nodded, but his reply was delivered without a hint of emotion.


Upon hearing this, the Lei surnamed big man furrowed his brows, about to say something else, when suddenly a loud boom came from the battle below, stirring up waves of air in the surrounding void.


Startled, everyone stopped their conversation and looked down.


At that moment, Liu Ming was seen tightly clutching a feet-long sword emanating a hazy aqua light, clashing fiercely with the giant Trident in the hands of Dowager Empress Dong, transformed into a sea hydra.
