Wang Yu

In a remote jungle nestled between Chu City and Whitewater City within the Da  Xuan Country, a thin and frail figure was leaning against a thick tree trunk.  Both of his legs were spread apart in a relaxed manner. 

This figure belonged to a thirteen or fourteen-year-old teenager. 

Aside from his unusually pale face, the boy had fairly common facial features.  His clothes were loose-fitting and a bright shining steel sword was carelessly thrown by his side.

Only a few zhangs deep beneath the large pit, there was an expanse of grey and white fog, yet amidst it were intermingled some lustrous black strands, each as thin as a strand of hair, remaining perfectly still regardless of the churning fog around them, giving off an exceedingly bizarre feeling.


After Liu Ming released his Divine Sense to briefly sense the thin black strands in the pit, a thoughtful expression appeared on his face.


The aura emanating from those black strands was somewhat similar to the black qi within the undead corpse they had encountered earlier; it seemed that the corpse had indeed used the true evil spirit from this place to refine its body, which explained its preservation over such a long period of time.
