In a remote jungle nestled between Chu City and Whitewater City within the Da  Xuan Country, a thin and frail figure was leaning against a thick tree trunk.  Both of his legs were spread apart in a relaxed manner. 

This figure belonged to a thirteen or fourteen-year-old teenager. 

Aside from his unusually pale face, the boy had fairly common facial features.  His clothes were loose-fitting and a bright shining steel sword was carelessly thrown by his side.

Nine months later, the man in the white robe, who was meditating with his eyes closed, suddenly heard a buzzing sound.


Startled, he hastily stopped the hand signals and opened his eyes to look ahead.


He saw the copper mirror, which had been hanging motionlessly on the wall, now trembling slightly.


In the mirror's reflection, the tightly shut stone door to the cabin had slowly opened, and a calm-faced, green-robed young man stepped out—it was Liu Ming.


Seeing this, the man in the white robe was overjoyed. He quickly flipped his hand, and a disc array appeared in his palm. He swiftly made several gestures over it, and then headed toward the stairs.


Liu Ming surveyed the scenery outside the stone cabin, finding it unchanged from when he had first entered.


The only difference was that when he had gone in, he was an inconspicuous Spirit Acolyte, but upon coming out, he had become a genuine Condensing Liquid Phase Spirit Master.
