In a remote jungle nestled between Chu City and Whitewater City within the Da  Xuan Country, a thin and frail figure was leaning against a thick tree trunk.  Both of his legs were spread apart in a relaxed manner. 

This figure belonged to a thirteen or fourteen-year-old teenager. 

Aside from his unusually pale face, the boy had fairly common facial features.  His clothes were loose-fitting and a bright shining steel sword was carelessly thrown by his side.

The next moment, Liu Ming fiercely stomped with one foot on the Thousand Bone Devil beneath him. Immediately, the giant skeleton let out a low growl, its jaw swiftly opening wide, and a black beam of light burst forth, flashing and striking the light screen in an instant.


The blue light screen immediately blurred, emitting a thunderous rumble, as its outer wall caved deeply inward in an instant. However, despite the furious flashing of light, it showed no sign of fracturing in the slightest.


When the light beam from the Thousand Bone Devil's mouth finally receded and disappeared, the blue light screen bounced back to its original state.

Just then, Zhang Xiuniang beside him threw her long sword into the air, a tremendous aura surging up from her body. Her hands swiftly formed seals and pointed towards the hovering sword in mid-air.
