In a remote jungle nestled between Chu City and Whitewater City within the Da  Xuan Country, a thin and frail figure was leaning against a thick tree trunk.  Both of his legs were spread apart in a relaxed manner. 

This figure belonged to a thirteen or fourteen-year-old teenager. 

Aside from his unusually pale face, the boy had fairly common facial features.  His clothes were loose-fitting and a bright shining steel sword was carelessly thrown by his side. 

Demon's Diary

After the time it took to finish a meal, Liu Ming's surprised voice suddenly rang out in the hall:


"What, you want me to assist your sect in dealing with a Condensing Liquid stage Demonic Beast inside the tower?"


"Correct. Your arrival is quite timely, since in about a month's time, our sect is planning to open the Sealing Tower again. Otherwise, under normal circumstances, even if Taoist Friend Liu offered a great price, I would never agree to open this tower's restrictions solely for an outsider. But there are two purposes for this opening of the Sealing Tower; one is to test some disciples of our sect, and the other is to locate and slay that Condensing Liquid stage Demonic Beast," the black-robed elder said gravely.


"Given the strength of your esteemed sect, dealing with a Condensing Liquid stage Demonic Beast should be fairly straightforward. Why seek out Liu?" Liu Ming asked after quickly considering the situation, and he did not rashly agree.
