In a remote jungle nestled between Chu City and Whitewater City within the Da  Xuan Country, a thin and frail figure was leaning against a thick tree trunk.  Both of his legs were spread apart in a relaxed manner. 

This figure belonged to a thirteen or fourteen-year-old teenager. 

Aside from his unusually pale face, the boy had fairly common facial features.  His clothes were loose-fitting and a bright shining steel sword was carelessly thrown by his side.

The intention to politely decline was unmistakable in his words!


Sensing this, Liu Ming almost subconsciously immediately thought of the old man who had lost his life on the altar, and with a jolt inside his heart, refrained from asking further questions. After exchanging a few more words with the big man, he formally took his leave.


Xiao Yuebai and Han Li immediately escorted Liu Ming out of Yuanmo Sect's mountain gate, to the edge of the vast stone forest, before returning to the sect.


"Senior Brother Xiao, who exactly has passed away? Now that Junior Brother Liu is no longer here, you can tell me the name, can't you?" On the way back, Han Li, unable to restrain herself any longer, asked the big man.
