In a remote jungle nestled between Chu City and Whitewater City within the Da  Xuan Country, a thin and frail figure was leaning against a thick tree trunk.  Both of his legs were spread apart in a relaxed manner. 

This figure belonged to a thirteen or fourteen-year-old teenager. 

Aside from his unusually pale face, the boy had fairly common facial features.  His clothes were loose-fitting and a bright shining steel sword was carelessly thrown by his side.

Two months later, at the eastern edge of the Cloud River continent, a shuttle-shaped flying boat was hurtling through the sky.


Standing at the front of the flying boat, a young man in green robes was squinting, scanning the surroundings.


It was Liu Ming, who had journeyed out to sea with Ye Tianmei.


Ye Tianmei, dressed in a silver palace outfit, was sitting cross-legged at the rear of the boat, her eyes closed as if resting, seemingly indifferent to the scenery outside the boat.


"Is this the legendary shore of the Canghai?" Liu Ming mused silently to himself, his expression tinged with excitement.


At a glance, everywhere was the endless blue color of the sea, seemingly boundless.


Such a vast and limitless expanse of water had only been mentioned by the leader of the Barbarian Ghost Sect, but now, witnessing it firsthand, Liu Ming was greatly astonished, a look of surprise flashing across his face.


Before long, Liu Ming looked back in the direction from which they had come.
