In a remote jungle nestled between Chu City and Whitewater City within the Da  Xuan Country, a thin and frail figure was leaning against a thick tree trunk.  Both of his legs were spread apart in a relaxed manner. 

This figure belonged to a thirteen or fourteen-year-old teenager. 

Aside from his unusually pale face, the boy had fairly common facial features.  His clothes were loose-fitting and a bright shining steel sword was carelessly thrown by his side.

"What kind of strange bug is this?" Liu Ming kicked the strange bug's corpse with his foot, and after it flipped over, it remained motionless, evidently completely dead.


Liu Ming looked at the corpse of the strange bug a few times, and now that he was observing it up close, he discovered that the head of this parasitic strange bug was lizard-like, with no eyes or nose; apart from a mouth, there were no other openings.


He turned his head to look at the tunnel's flesh walls again, his expression gradually becoming more somber.


The body of the strange bug and the color of the flesh walls were exactly the same, and the aura was almost completely identical too, no wonder he hadn't detected it beforehand.


"Could it be that this strange bug is a parasite within the body of a giant beast?" The thought struck him, sending a chill through his heart.
