Wang Yu

In a remote jungle nestled between Chu City and Whitewater City within the Da  Xuan Country, a thin and frail figure was leaning against a thick tree trunk.  Both of his legs were spread apart in a relaxed manner. 

This figure belonged to a thirteen or fourteen-year-old teenager. 

Aside from his unusually pale face, the boy had fairly common facial features.  His clothes were loose-fitting and a bright shining steel sword was carelessly thrown by his side. 

Demon's Diary

"Are you Liu Ming?" An elder asked as a flash of turquoise revealed a refined, scholarly young man who blurted out this question upon seeing Liu Ming.


"What, is he Liu Ming from the Taqing Sect, ranked first in the Sky Gate Assembly?" The elder with drooping eyebrows exclaimed in surprise at first, but a flicker of pleasure passed through his eyes that was difficult to detect.


"Both of you must be from Haoran Academy, right? I stumbled into this place by accident and I'm not sure what the situation is here, or what this Human Clan Alliance is about," Liu Ming responded politely with a bow.


"Oh? Didn't you receive a message before coming here?" The elder with drooping eyebrows seemed somewhat surprised.


"I had recently encountered a strong member of the Demon Clan and was chased all the way here. I'm not very clear about the situation here," Liu Ming replied half-truthfully.
