Wang Yu

In a remote jungle nestled between Chu City and Whitewater City within the Da  Xuan Country, a thin and frail figure was leaning against a thick tree trunk.  Both of his legs were spread apart in a relaxed manner. 

This figure belonged to a thirteen or fourteen-year-old teenager. 

Aside from his unusually pale face, the boy had fairly common facial features.  His clothes were loose-fitting and a bright shining steel sword was carelessly thrown by his side.

Xie'er, suspended midair, caught sight of this and its body's earthy yellow radiance flickered ever so slightly. After a blurring motion, it abruptly appeared in front of the immense head of the Sea Serpent Sacred Beast, and then its pincers descended...


A pair of delicate pincers, sparkling with flowing light in the air, slashed through like cutting through paper, crushing the Sea Serpent Sacred Beast's protective green shell, and penetrating straight into its eyes.


Instantly, two streams of blood spurted out, spraying a distance of several zhang.


Under the intense pain, the Sea Serpent Sacred Beast let out a mournful cry. Its bulky body paused in midair, its huge head swinging madly, trying to shake off Xie'er.


However, Xie'er remained motionless, clinging firmly onto the beast's head. Meanwhile, the hooks on its back drew dazzling black lines in the air, densely stabbing the forehead of the Sea Serpent Sacred Beast like raindrops.
