In a remote jungle nestled between Chu City and Whitewater City within the Da  Xuan Country, a thin and frail figure was leaning against a thick tree trunk.  Both of his legs were spread apart in a relaxed manner. 

This figure belonged to a thirteen or fourteen-year-old teenager. 

Aside from his unusually pale face, the boy had fairly common facial features.  His clothes were loose-fitting and a bright shining steel sword was carelessly thrown by his side.

"Elder Yupo, who would have thought that your trip to the Demon Abyss' secret realm, under such unforeseen circumstances, would lead you to break through your bottleneck, greatly advancing your strength. This is truly a cause for celebration," Huangfu Zhantian said with a chuckle, glancing at the masked woman beside him.


"It was merely a fortunate breakthrough," Huangfu Yupo replied coldly.


Huangfu Zhantian smiled faintly, not taking notice of Huangfu Yupo's attitude.


"By the way, how has Princess Ying been lately? This time, our successful alliance with the three great clans is largely thanks to Princess Ying's Water Mirror Technique," Huangfu Zhantian remarked, seemingly pointedly.
