Wang Yu

In a remote jungle nestled between Chu City and Whitewater City within the Da  Xuan Country, a thin and frail figure was leaning against a thick tree trunk.  Both of his legs were spread apart in a relaxed manner. 

This figure belonged to a thirteen or fourteen-year-old teenager. 

Aside from his unusually pale face, the boy had fairly common facial features.  His clothes were loose-fitting and a bright shining steel sword was carelessly thrown by his side. 

Demon's Diary

Liu Ming took the purple jade token as instructed, and saw that aside from some special runes, there was nothing else on it.


He hung the token on his waist, and the voice of the guard leader rang out once more, speaking quickly:


"By the way, during the tribute ceremony, the imperial city will be under full lockdown. No one is permitted to engage in magical duels or cause trouble, and violators will be immediately thrown into the Heavenly Prison. Also, here are some notices concerning the city; you should read them carefully. This is an important place; do not disrupt the order."


He then took out a blue jade slip and handed it to Liu Ming.


Liu Ming raised his eyebrows slightly, took the jade slip, thanked him, and led Qing Yu and the others straight into the central imperial city.


As they passed through the gate area, before them stretched an extremely wide street, seemingly leading in all directions, with shops lining both sides.
