Mansour Kich arranged for a chartered flight. Though it was a commercial airplane, Gao Yang and their crew could bring all their belongings, including the body of Bruce, of course.


The plane was large, and chartering a plane was expensive, but Mansour Kich didn't ask for money. This was because everything, including the airplane, was within the channels controlled by Grand Ivan, and although previously accessible by Polovich, now required Mansour Kich to step in for usage.
