Two Weeks

The designer followed closely behind Zhao Yao when he suddenly raised a question with a wide smile stretched across his face, "Why don't you just buy a new house instead? I know of a few wonderful mansions. The interior design is superb! The same goes for the exterior. Everything is perfect for a man of your stature!"

The designer's enthusiasm was met with Zhao Yao's rejection, "I'm too used to this place. Also, I'm lazy to move." Unknowingly, he had already spent more than a year here. Furthermore, it was Zhao Yao's childhood dream to own an entire building to himself, with each floor devoted for a unique function. He had somehow accomplished this fortuitously.

The designer sprang to work, according to Zhao Yao's every instruction. Zhao Yao had planned to wash his hands off the project once the plan was finalized. After all, if he dared to try anything funny, Zhao Yao would ensure that that was the last thing he ever did.
