Boring Competition

PVP competitions in <> were not the same as all the PVP competitions in other games. As a virtual reality game, <> could be considered to be one of the first to have this feature.

In the previous competitions, as long as gamers were not lacking in reaction speed and some knowledge in terms of strategising, they would be relatively strong. However, the virtual reality model introduced a whole new way of movement control which contributed to the rise of many new experts.

An example would be a gaming noob like Wang Yu who would at most be a sidekick in the ordinary games. However, it was completely different in <> because even a top professional expert could only blame his own rotten luck if he ran into Wang Yu.

There were over millions of participants in each server so nobody knew if they might run into some extraordinary opponents. There was no way they could treat each opponent with the same mindset as before.
