In The Presence Of Benefits

As everyone knows, players in the game have a very strong sense of possession over their territory.

No matter how badly guilds have the same main city fought, that was their own business which they could settle behind closed doors. However, if other main cities' players got involved and entered the city, it was another issue.

On what basis should outsiders get involved in an internal conflict? Are you a mistress? This was not upholding justice, it was called an invasion!

So when a city was invaded, guilds would unite against outsiders.

Hence, in <>, there was an unwritten rule to never fight a war in others' main cities.

Unless your guild was as big as Peerless Heaven, all guilds had to abide by this.

Even if it was not killing in other cities, even if there were too many players from another city, the locals in that city would be uncomfortable. They might then unite to slaughter you.
