This meal was the happiest meal of Xiao Ying's parents' lives. In Xiao Ying's father's words, he was happier today than he had been on the day he was married.

They were extremely satisfied with their son in law and could not stop smiling the entire time he was here, and when Xiao Xian recounted how he had chased after Xiao Ying for so long, the two elders grinned with an overflowing happiness.

"How are you, Xiao Xian, did you sleep well?"

The next morning, Chu Xian and Xiao Ying left their room and were greeted by Xiao Ying's smiling father.

"Yes, just like home." Chu Xian nodded and filled the basin with water and washed up.

"Good, as long as you're comfortable!" Xiao Ying's father walked over to Xiao Ying. "Let's go into the city to buy some stuff today, and then we can go visit your two uncles."

"Okay dad!" Xiao Ying nodded and walked over to Xiao Xian to let him know.
