The original story of Dr.Heinz Doofenshmirtz a genius scientist whose  potential is unlimited but also un achievable due to his tragic past and trauma most of his invention a failure due to a platypus 

but I have changed this story a bit and decided to make  Dr.Doofistmuts a strong character whom the trauma and suffering will only make a better person instead of that bitter, hateful and pittiable person 

now there is a question aren't all the negative stuff I mentioned above the reason he is loved by us

"yes" that is indeed the character that was given to him and makes him one of a kind 

but imagine if he achieved his potential and makes contribution to the society 

but make no mistake Heinz is not going to be a good person or a hero that will just break his character and that will no longer be Dr.Doofenshmirtz
