The Duty

A short story about war, about understanding what duty is for everyone and the joys, fears and sacrifices that come with it. About a nameless girl as she follows her "duty" as a citizen during World War II. This is a short story written for school, and we had a six-page limit so I wasn't able to develop the characters as much as I would have liked, so I apologize if it's somewhat lacking in that area.
