Thinking Like A Kidnapper

Alfizar took the slightly damaged phone out of the trashcan. This is not just him being paranoid, but something really did happened while he wasn't there for Aurina. Will the accident he tried to avoid repeat itself?

"Alfizar!" Rachzi voice called out to him, the rest of his friends got close to him and soon noticed the phone in his hand.

"Isn't that Aurina's phone?!" Dioz asked, though it sounded more like he shouted. The students passed by in the hallway shot them a weird look, but none of them cared enough as they continued to do whatever they were doing before.

"This isn't good, we have to ask for help." Rachzi's eyebrows furrowed, his voice heavy with confusion and worry.

"Let's call the police!" Dioz's voice was heavy with dread and worry, he was fidgeting, wanting to run and began to search for Aurina. Before Alfizar could say something, Vianzo shook his head a bit too quickly.

"It's useless, the police won't take us seriously except we have seen the kidnapping or incident ourselves or the said victim have disappeared for over 24 hours."

Alfizar somehow understands that reasoning, but why does it feel even more wrong? It was right that the police won't take any action for the time being even if they reported it.

Suddenly, Alfizar became aware of the weight in his breast pocket. His pocket watch, a watch that was so full of mystery. He wanted to use it now, but he stopped himself doing it because that doesn't mean he could stop this horrible thing from happening again later.

Let's say that he used it to prevent Aurina from getting missing or probably get kidnapped by someone.

But the kidnapper is still out there, planning his move to get Aurina. Especially when he couldn't always use the pocket watch assumed by his experiments over a week ago. He didn't know who the culprit is, and what if the culprit and kidnapper is the same person?

Alfizar's best bet is, quickly find his little sister, find the culprit or the kidnapper's identity, make sure she is safe, and use the pocket watch, when it's needed. Hopefully, his pocket watch would work.

"I'm going to get the teacher," Vianzo said quickly as he immediately made his way to the teachers' room. Frans' expression looked troubled, but gritted his teeth and looked at Alfizar firm in his eyes.

"Alfi, I'm sorry! I can't help you looking for Aurina for now, I have something important to do!" And without waiting for Alfizar's answer, he also went to where Vianzo has gone to.

If Alfizar has a clear head at the moment, he would notice how weird the two of his friends acted.

Alfizar himself need all the people he know to help him looking for Aurina, Vianzo was going to tell the teacher, hopefully the teacher will do something soon. As for Frans, Alfizar actually should feel a bit disappointed, but he didn't, instead he felt there's something he didn't know going on.

Lately, Alfizar kept feeling this kind of "Intuition".

Alfizar put Aurina's phone in his pocket as he dialed Henry. Soon, a breathless voice from the other side answered.

"Henry, Aurina disappeared!"

"What?! Where are you right now? When was the last time you saw her?!" Henry urgent voice demanded answers from him.

"I'm near the Computer Club, the last time I saw her was this morning in the car. I, Dioz, and Rachzi are going to look for her. Henry, we need to look for her, try to call u- Father to get all the help he could!"

"TCH!! I'll call you again soon to get all the details! Don't get yourself in trouble!!" And Henry hung up. Henry's voice was loud even if Alfizar didn't turn on the speaker, but Rachzi and Dioz could still hear Henry's rushed voice.

Alfizar quickly put his phone away.

"The school is big, and if we are lucky, Aurina probably still on the school ground, let's split up!" Alfizar looked at his friends with serious eyes. And in return, he got a nod of agreement from the both of them.

"Vianzo has gone to get the Teacher's help, one of you have to go to the security guard's office, or to the deserted part of the school." Alfizar was basically ordering his friends, with so many visions of him ordering his men around, Alfizar got a feeling that his own personality began to change.

Also, it's a fact that Alfizar didn't know where the security guards' office was stationed, nor did he know which part of the school that was deserted since he only got transferred in recently.

"I will go to the guard's office!" Rachzi quickly took off to the said office.

"I'll look around!" Dioz also took off.

Alfizar was left alone with his thoughts, squeezing out ideas about the possibilities of Aurina's whereabouts.

If Aurina were really kidnapped, then Alfizar will try to think as the kidnapper.

'Think like a kidnapper! If I was to kidnap Aurina, she is not someone who will follow someone she doesn't know willingly, she will resist. So I will definitely knock her out, then to carry an unconscious girl on my shoulders or princess carry will draw a lot of attention, the best time to carry an unconscious person is during Clubs time, but there will still be students walking around. The best bet is concealing Aurina with something, something that will not make others suspicious and not aware that she is out cold, but what?'

As Alfizar's brain kept working, his legs also won't stop bringing his body to run in the Highschool's section's building. Somehow, his legs brought him back to his Club, Combat and Defence Club.

Then another idea flashed in his mind.

'That's right!' Alfizar thought as his head frantically turned around, looking for something.

'An injured person on a wheelchair is a usual sight in GIPEC! They won't care if I were to push someone on a wheelchair! Setting her head down and give her cap would do!'

"H-he... lp... Help..." Alfizar could hear a faint sound of whimpering.
