[Lorakthus Plaza]

Nemesis gave a soft smile as a reply, before picking himself up and extending his hand out to her. Lisa accepted the hand, as Nemesis pulled her up.

Once standing up straight, Lisa looked around to see that they were still the only two demons in the area and that the oozing small puddle of a black liquid had vanished. No trace of the [Vampire] existed in the surroundings, the only evidence of his existence was her memories and the youth's new light violet markings on the left side of his neck.

"Uh... here you go, thank you once again." Lisa thanked, returning the handkerchief back to Nemesis, who placed it in his pocket. "So, after all this, I still don't know your name, can I ask what it is?" She inquired.

"Nemesis is my name." He replied, before walking back the way he had originally come from, to the entrance of the nature path. "So, do you know where your parents are?"

"They said they would be at Lorak-...err.. something Plaza." Lisa sheepishly replied as she followed Nemesis from behind, though couldn't help but stare at the light violet markings which looked like cracks in his otherwise flawless and deathly pale skin. She noticed how they glowed vibrantly for just a second before returning to its usual shade of a lighter violet.

'Lorak something Square... well, guess we should just look for signs.' Nemesis thought before telling Lisa, "No need to worry, we'll find them. We'll just have to follow the signs which lead to a Lorak-something Plaza. You'll soon be reunited with your parents Lisa."

Lisa nodded her head even though Nemesis wouldn't be able to see it, before staying quiet and silently observing the light violet marking and the [Vampire]'s bite marks upon Nemesis' neck.

Making it to the entrance of the nature path, the two found it blocked off with tape. Crawling under it, they saw a sign on the tape reading, "Closed due to vandalism." Next to it, a symbol with the words "[Styrlheim Police Department]" engraved onto it.

Nemesis glanced back at Lisa, asking, "Did you see this sign when you followed me in there? I don't remember ever seeing it when I entered or the tape otherwise I would've just went down another route to explore."

Lisa shook her head in denial, "No Nemesis if I saw such a sign, I wouldn't have followed you, Mommy always told me never to go into areas blocked off by the police."

With that information, Nemesis could only come up with two possible events. Either it was placed by the [Vampire] after Lisa entered and the other entrance at the end of the nature path had the same exact sign or it was one serious coincidence where the police just so happened to place the sign right after the two of them had entered.

With the second one being one massive, unlikely coincidence, Nemesis told Lisa, "The [Vampire] placed this sign to block any other unwanted demons from entering so as to be all alone with you. Guess he didn't care that I was there too since I am just a kid after all!"

Lisa wanted to refute how he wasn't just any child, couldn't help but ignore that and shiver in fear. The [Vampire] had thought so ahead and done so much just to capture her, but why was the only thing she wasn't aware of. She was determined to get an answer, however, she decided it better to ask her mother than to ask Nemesis for he did deny answering her once so she doubted he'd answer her question if she asked again.

Leaving the tape and sign for the [Styrlheim Police Department] to deal with, Nemesis asked to hold Lisa's hand to which she obliged to as she already knew why. The two walked back the path Nemesis followed, the streets still full of demons walking about going to do their tasks, going to work or whatever they had to do, however, this time Nemesis read the signs which directed them to a [Lorakthus Plaza].

---

Upon reaching [Lorakthus Plaza], Nemesis couldn't help but stare at the gorgeous scenery. There were 4 entrances to [Lorakthus Plaza], the entrances located at what seemed to be the corners, and from what he could see, it was a completely recreational area. There were buildings at the edges of the Plaza which were cafes, gift shops, stores, restaurants, arcades, a tourist information store and a disco. The entrances had paths which split into three ways, two of which to the buildings while the centre one was directed at the middle of the plaza where a statue was erected standing on a chiselled stone made of [Nether Fyrel Stone], which is well known for its sturdiness and unique feature of being of able to be [Blood Oathed] with a set area so as to never be capable of being moved, permanently, and standing upon the [Nether Fyrel Stone], a statue of a demon standing 3 meters tall and proud, hand clenched by his heart, looking up at the crimson red sky, Nemesis presumed to be Lorakthus, hence the name [Lorakthus Plaza].

The paths which led to the statue of Lorakthus had vibrant red grass growing with many variants of flowers at the sides of the paths, surrounded in a small white fence with signs with, "Please do not step on the [Demon Blood Grass] or the flowers within," written on them. By the statue which

Nemesis turned to Lisa, whose hand he still held and asked, "Lisa, do you know where exactly your parents are in [Lorakthus Plaza]? Or will we just look around and hope to find them?"

"Uh... we'll have to look... around, sorry." Lisa apologised, sounding saddened.

"No need to be sorry, now come on, let's go find your parents." Nemesis gave Lisa a cheerful smile, hoping to lighten her up from her disheartened attitude.

Nemesis walked down the middle path to the statue of Lorakthus with Lisa in hand, looking around for anyone with a similar [Void Conduit] to Lisa. Lisa, on the other hand, couldn't help but stare back at the light violet marking and the bite which the [Vampire] had left on Nemesis' neck and saw something mystical occur.

Nemesis' skin seemingly looked roughened, before the light violet markings shone light blue. Moments after, the skin on the left side of his neck rapidly flipped slightly, like a small wave, Lisa was sure that she would've missed it if she had blinked it went that fast. She couldn't believe her eyes at what had happened were it not for the fact that after the seemingly absurd event, the light violet markings and bite marks on his neck disappeared.

Nemesis not paying attention to Lisa, soon found himself standing before the Lorakthus statue, unable to see his face as the statue of Lorakthus was looking up at the sky with pride, Nemesis knew he felt something. Expanding his search radius, he soon found a trail which led out of the Plaza to some unknown destination.

'Hmm, guess they went to search for Lisa on their own, but why stay together? Is it not faster to search for her by splitting up?' He thought to himself before a female's shout brought him out of his thoughts.

"Lisa, there you are! We've been looking all over for you!"
