White and Black

Li yu felt her whole body hurt. All in front of her are darkness. Her left hand sting so much but she cannot grab and feel anything using her left hand. Her head feel so dizzy and heavy even after so much time passed.

She hear the buzz sounds all around of her but cannot see anything except the darkness. She try to say some words but her throat feel so dry that it's hurt. Li yu began to panic but then her logic take over her and she begin to calm down.

Everything make Li yu feel confused. Something wrong must have been happen so she try to remember what happen..

She remember that she lived with her parents and then she went to Cora city for study. Then in the plane she met that baddie, then...

Li yu suddenly realise something and her tears suddenly fell from her eyes. Yea, she remember nothing happen in her flight but all that happen to her now start from that boy. A stupid useless act of her that make her now become like a crippled for more than two weeks.

Her mind start to muddle again and Li yu just staring blankly into the darkness in front of her.

This happen several times as Li yu deceive herself that this is only a dream. Ones she can see the colorful world, all the things will go back as the same things back then.

But reality can not be change and Li yu start to stumbled over the truth. She can't forget what the doctor said. She need cornea surgery, her left hands can't be helped and if she want to survive her left hand need to be amputated before the infection spread through her heart. It is feel like a huge storm for Li yu specially after she learn that her two parents dead in the accident. She cried so much after learning the truth but nothing happened can be change. She attempt to remember what's wrong with her choice that make her become like this. But all of it only make her become more and more sad. Realise that her kind parents leave the world because of her asking them to help, it's make her crying more and more. Now she cannot joking with her mama and asking advice from her papa anymore. She cannot taste her mom's cooking and asking for more pocket money from her dad. Now she will be left alone without the presence of the persons she care the most.

"What can I do in the future? Why should I stay alive if being kind and doing righteousness killed my parents and make me become useless like this... Why this should happen while the bad people still alive leisurely within the law of crime. Is this life really a joke to amuse God who create human and all the living creature in this world? Should I still believe that doing the right thing is good and do evil is bad while I end up in bad conditions after doing the so called right things. Ha. Ha. Ha.. Has.. Hah... Wuuuuuu... " Li yu crying silently in the room alone.

The gloomy night pass and the sun comes up. Li yu thinking all of the things through out the night and become tired but she unable to sleep. All the things she can see is the black color since her eyes being wrapped after the cornea surgery when she still in unstable state. One month passed after the accident and the medical treatment applied to her. Li yu didn't know who pay her medical treatment since most of the hospital this days become more like health industry than to a place to give treatment for the sick people.

In her unconscious state, she heard that her parents dead not only because of the wound in the accident but more because of the late treatment given from the hospital. Although there is a regulation that stated 'Financial consideration should not be a barrier to the initial treatment of the patient' but the practice is far away. That's why she hate herself so much to be able to stay alive even in critical condition. She was placed in emergency room without any treatment through out the night while the blood still flowing nonstop from her left hand.

If other people said that she is pitiful, in the pass months more than thousands people pass away because of the payment before treatment issue or the negligence of patients with unknown identity. Most of the big hospital have their own backing so they didn't afraid of the regulations and care less about the life of the patient before profit.

What about the government? Don't they get the position so they can become the representative of the citizens? Don't they responsible for the citizens goodness and prosperity? Don't they get the authority so they can organize all the things in the country so everyone can live well?

Well the reality is some government officials are corrupted and play a huge role in the circulation of the black money. And some others who trying in their first day to fix the manipulation but realize that it's too hard and get threatened, they all slowly back away and close half of their eyes. Then the little left people keep struggling with their own way to do their duty for the citizens but it's not enough to put the country in order.

Li yu thinking about the person who close enough to their family that will help them but none comes to her mind. Well her dad are the only child in his family and her mom was disgraced from her family because she married her low status daddy. So literally Li yu have no close relative.

Sigh... It's useless to keep thinking too much but she can't stop her mind from thinking a lot of things. Although she depressed with her conditions right now and worried over all of things but life must go on... For the chance given from God to stay alive, Li yu feel that her parents will never want her to suicide and waste all the result of their blood, sweat and tears. The small businesses her parents have right now built with a great sacrifice to fulfill their only daughter needs and future.

Li yu feel more tired after remember her deceased parents. She slowly fell asleep without knowing that a guy staying beside her a whole night until now while looking at her pale face...
