The Night Before the Fight

With the future plans all decided, Brian and the other four geniuses all went back. But not before they did one thing. Brian had placed them all within the world of the fang, giving them their first test. They wouldn't die in the virtual world, as the five virtual class members lived up to their nickname, the Reaper Class, and this test would actually give them their own nickname: The four Horseman.

This was actually a genius plan from Caesar. He had suggested this because it helps them become more familiar with each other as well as hiding their actions from the rest of the world. Not only that, seeing as the five geniuses would even supply them with a virtual world to train them in, these people would become more loyal, since the soul contracts didn't state the degree of loyalty, since it was abstract.

With all of this sorted, they finally got to make their own preparations. They trained themselves a little over the next two days as well but more tried to stable their mentality, getting ready for the fight.

In the blink of an eye, two and a half days had passed. It was the night before the fight, time to discuss plans.

Our five geniuses were sitting around a table, discussing what they should do to beat the teacher.

There was quite a heated debate, seeing as they had different goals. It may seem that their goal was just to defeat Ben Dover, but there was a big difference between forcing him to surrender and to kill him. This would also change their plans a lot.

As expected, the two factions that had temporarily been subdued were now back to raging a verbal war.

William and Akbar wanted to kill Ben, saying that that is what he would do. Caesar and Daisuke argued against that, saying a man's life was very important.

Honestly, this was the debate that everyone needed to have. That is what Brian had concluded. If one truly wanted to advance to the top of the world, or worlds, as a group, then they needed to sort out their ideals earlier, and not when they were already powerhouses that could take a life with a sneeze. That would be devastating.

Brian noticing this did not mean he would stay out of it. In fact, he had already come to his conclusion. Why? Because he had noticed a problem in the 'Peace' faction's theory and justification.

"You said we should not kill him, but what about those that we have already killed. The 20 or so people that were all burnt to ashes. What about them? Aren't their lives important too?"

These short sentences stopped the peace faction from speaking. That was true! Why had they been objective thinking when they were faced with the deaths with these 20 people, but still hesitant about killing just one person. Moreover, someone who would kill them without a second thought.

They needed time to think. Their very morals were being shaken. Why had they accepted the murder of 15 innocents but not one person who had ill intentions, someone who went against their ideals.

This is where the benefit of having lived through five lives had come in handy. They had superior analysis skills and figured it out. It all came back to one thing. It was the thing they were standing for but also challenging. Everything came back to a dream. An ambition.

They had accepted the death of people who were only slightly against them. Why? Purely for the reason that this would help them achieve their dream.

Of course, using their quick analysis, it was all done at the fastest of speeds. Immediately, Daisuke and Caesar looked at each other before both getting up and leaving the room. Brian had an idea about what they were doing but wasn't sure.

He knew though, that they had accepted to kill Mr. Dover.

With this concluded, the remaining three geniuses began talking tactics. Akbar, who had stayed out of this argument a little, had already formulated a plan. He wanted to focus on secondary skills. Mainly Brian's Ironman skill and Caesar's Hide and 1000 claws skills. At least, for the first half of the fight. Akbar's plan startled the other two geniuses and caused them to look at him in a new light. If this plan worked, then they wouldn't suffer a single injury.

The plan went as so:

First they would put Brian forth as the tank. Ben Dover would not expect him to have already trained it to the Late Stages of Brilliant, able to withstand most attacks that Ben would give. Then they would put Caesar in as a surprise attacker utilizing his Hide skill, attacking with 950 claws. This would make Ben think that Caesar was the main attacker. Ben would then exchange blows with Caesar and Brian, who were still the best duo in their genius group. This would distract Ben a lot and make him need to focus. And then would be the finishing blow. Who would deal the finishing blow. Undoubtedly, it would be William, with his perfect skill for this situation.

There was one anomaly though, how William would do. They had almost no back up for this plan, a Daisuke and Akbar would be too much help, and Brian and Caesar would be exhausted. William though, was extremely confident.

"Leave it to me!" he said, "I'm not as weak as you think! Don't forget that I'm your black ops specialist. Haha!"

This made the other two confident.

With this, they went to bed, and when Daisuke and Caesar finished what they were doing, they slept as well. There would be a big fight tomorrow, and they needed to be in the best state they could be.
