Hua Shu, a university student and game otaku, get invitation to become beta tester for a new game along with 3 his roommates. The new games title is “Zombie Hunter” take setting in after apocalypse world where zombies and mutants roaming all around the world. The tester who manages to survive until the test period ends will get ample bonus and prize.
Wait, doesn’t it sound so normal? Like ordinary game you play?

But not in this story.
Why? What’s the secret? What’s the hint?

Zombie Hunter

What's written in mail is notice that the mail receiver had been selected as beta tester for ZO International Ltd, and expected to gather again in ZO International Ltd. office the day after tomorrow. 


Hua Shu and his dorm mates decide to celebrate it by take a dinner in luxurious restaurant. During dinner, the most hot topic for conversation of course how the manage to pass the selection.


Jing An : "I really can't believe it! We made it guys!"


Mu Kui : "Yea Yea Yea…you already said the same word hundreds times since morning" 


Jing An : "I'm too excited bro! This is my first time become beta tester!"


Mu Kui : "I know! This is my first time too, but try to calm like bro A Shu and bro Jan".


Jing An : "Bro Shu is different! He already became beta tester for several times"


Jan Cox : "I don't have idea what this beta tester must do. Can you give me enlighten brother Shu?"


Hua Shu : "Actually it's not different from playing games as usual. But we must give our opinion about how the game working, such as the backgrounds, the special effect, speed of the game etc. In some previous games, the beta tester even banned from playing the games because they already know where to find the treasures, relics, artifacts, etc."


Jing An : "Is that means we can't play this game when its released?"


Hua Shu : "Not really, that's depends on the company policy. Personally, I do hope ZO Company don't banned us for playing their game".


Mu Kui : "This ZO International Ltd….are they credible?"


Hua Shu : "Relax, I've try to search information about this company. Originally, they are not a game company. Their core business is Robotic, AI System, Software development, including many sub branches in many countries". Because this is maybe their first step in gaming business, they must do it secretly and precisely".


Jan Cox : "If their core business are like that, their games must be different with current game that had been released. It could be a brand new game type".


Jing An : "How long we will be doing this beta testing bro?"


Hua Shu : "How should I know? Weeks? Months maybe? Doesn't matter, we have summer break after exam for 2 months. I don't mind only playing games for 2 months and get paid for that hehehe".


Mu Kui : " I hope the test already ended before August coz I've promise my grandpa I will visit him in August"


Jan Cox : "I don't have any plan for summer break, so I have no problem if I must play game for 2 months. Beside this is new experience for me"


Hua Shu : "That's cool bro". Bumping his fist with Jan Cox fist.


Jing An : "If I can get some money from that, I also don't mind to play for 2 months. You guys know my parents is not rich, if I can pay my tuition fee by myself that would help them very much"


Hua Shu : "Alright …. Alright, we still in the dark about how this test would be. Just let it be, for now is time to eat to our fullest"


"Hurraaahhhh!!" they shouting in unison and raise their hand in the air.


Mu Kui : "Hey!! Don't take that big shrimp! I already mark it since its arrival!


Jing An : "First come…*chomp* …first serve…*chomp*…"


Jan Cox : "Hold your chopstick Jing An! That meatball is mine!"


Jing An : "First get…*chomp*…First eat…*chomp*…"


And the food fight between four buddies starts within the restaurant with Jing An as the culprit.
