Monsters: these are creatures that have become more than what they were originally created as. A rabbit growing a horn; a horse blazing in fire; and a hamster with a snake as its tail.

A man, more powerful than the next. Incredibly so that the gap between them becomes immeasurable. Clay is such a man. Born in modern Earth, called to be a Hero, but rapidly grows to be a monster in the eyes of fellow men, and other creatures.

One day, when those that he held dear were hurt, monster or not, did not matter anymore. For they had awakened what truly is, The Real Monster.

The fear of countless men, gods, spirits, and demons, gathered of one single being.

"Blame me! Hate me! Fear me and tremble!"

Unbeknownst to the others within the dining hall, Hunter who appeared to be in shock was actually holding onto a small piece of jade-like ball. As soon as he squeezed his hand, it shattered. Without alerting anyone in this place at all, some sort of signal had been sent to the Inquisition Tower.

A sigh could be heard as the signal arrived and alerted the being within the dark of the danger his people were facing. He had originally given Hunter this Bead of Resonance, an item found in dungeons that has the ability to send a resonant signal to the bearer of the Grasping Clam from where the Bead of Resonance was nurtured, as a failsafe for when the Hero interfered in their business so that he could come in haste to 'speak' some sense into the hero. After all, he was a senior by thousands of years already. He was expecting the hero to listen to reason.
