The guardian rabbit and the door

Sitting down after looking at the class advancements object 2, Poe starts to think.

First, how is he supposed to kill something 15 levels above him without help?

Second, how did the difficulty go from just leveling up to killing something 15 levels above yourself with no help whatsoever.

Thirdly, can he make other monsters injure the monster and then kill it?

Thinking of many possibilities, Poe ultimately landed on trying to get something else to injure king fluffy. After all, he would not really get help, as it was him who caused it in some sense.

Sighing to himself, Poe stood up and hoped that his plan would work out. First, he would have to find a monster around the same level as king fluffy and get it to attack king fluffy without discovering him, because monsters on that level could most likely kill Poe quite easily.

Nothing more to do, Poe starts walking upstream. Now that he met a fluffy rabbit, that meant he was getting closer to where the fluffy rabbits lived and the door where the fluffy king came out of.

And just as he expected after walking for a few minutes, Poe came across two stray fluffy rabbits.

[Fluffy rabbit, lvl 1]

Using only a mana ball the fluffy rabbit died. The second one was the same level so it also died to nothing more than a simple mana ball.

[Gained 1 EXP x 2: EXP lowered for killing lower level enemy]

They were really too easy to kill, but they were after all only level 1.

A few minutes after Poe had killed the fluffy rabbits, he came across a tunnel entrance by the underground river.

Normally, Poe would have continued upstream, but what he saw made him stop and walk into the tunnel.

[Fluffy rabbit guardian, lvl 8]

Compared to other fluffy rabbits, this one was silver and looked stronger than the other fluffy rabbits.

It also looked like it was guarding something and to Poe's surprise when he came closer, he saw a door behind it. The door was the same as the one he opened back when he met the fluffy rabbit king.

Poe guessed that the fluffy rabbit lair was behind the door, so he quickly attack the fluffy guardian rabbit in front of him by firing off a mana ball.

Catching it off guard, Poe moved closer to the rabbit, lifted his mana enchanted stick preparing to end the cute little rabbit, but as expected from a veteran with guardian in its name. The fluffy rabbit guardian responded quickly and dodged Poe's attack and counter attacked with a headbutt towards Poe's stomach.

Getting hit by the fluffy rabbit, Poe feels the air leave his lungs as he kneels on the ground waiting for the air to fill his lungs, but the fluffy rabbit gives Poe no time to rest as it charges towards him with another dreadful headbutt.

Poe, who first hand felt how painful a simple headbutt could be, dodged to the side just barely avoiding the fluffy rabbits dreadful attack.

Getting up, Poe launches 2 mana balls towards the fluffy rabbit, which finally seem to injure it.

Now injured by Poe. The fluffy rabbit seems to acknowledge Poe as an opponent to take seriously; as Poe looks towards the fluffy rabbit, its color slowly changes until a faint hint of red can be seen on its otherwise silver body.

Realizing that the fluffy rabbit guardian has gotten serious, Poe uses the chance to fire some more mana balls towards it while making some distance. The fluffy rabbit did not seem to mind as it slowly got ready and charged towards Poe.

Looking at the fluffy rabbit closing in on him, Poe starts to panic a little as he keeps firing mana balls towards it.

Lucky or not, one of the mana balls hits the fluffy rabbit straight in the face just as it is about to reach Poe and to not miss such a great chance, Poe mana enchants his stick and hits the slightly dazed fluffy rabbit in the head killing it off for good.

Sitting down, Poe takes the fluffy rabbit meat and eats it before going back to the underground river to get some water to go with the fluffy rabbit meat.

This was Poe's first fight against a monster with a class and from what he read; you would get a simple title from it. Not waiting any longer, Poe pulls up the notifications he got from this fight and there was quite a lot.

[Gained 40 EXP + 15 EXP: for killing higher level enemy]

[Mana manipulation has reached level 4]: you have practiced with simple spells such as mana ball and learned how to use mana outside the body without wasting too much mana.

[Mana ball has reached level 3]: you shape the ball, you control the ball, you ARE the ball. The mana ball is a simple spell that has a lot of unearthed potential. Will you be the one to unearth it?

[Stick Mastery has somehow reached level 3]: Why? Use a sword… If you did not have mana enchantment… This would never reach level 3, In the first place why is this leveling up and not mana enchantment?

[You have killed your first enemy with a class and is rewarded with EXP and a title]

[Gained 100 EXP]

[Class killer]: killed an enemy with a class. Might not give anything, but looks great on the status… right?

A little speechless at the title, Poe was quite happy with the skill level ups. Even if the message on stick mastery felt a little weird.

After getting some water from the river and satisfying his thirst, Poe returned to the tunnel with the door.

Opening the door in front of him, Poe was speechless at what greeted him.

In front of Poe was a massive cave with crystal shining down light instead of the sun. If it were not for Poe being able to see the caves ceiling, he would have really thought he was outside and not inside a cave.

The reason for this was not only the light from the crystals above, but also the grass that filled the ground with trees here and there around him. It looked more as if he was inside a forest than a cave and the last thing that confused him was that he could not see an end to the cave he was in, just like the land above. This cave felt limitless, as if it had no ending point.

Lucky or not, it looked like Poe was on a hill overlooking this forest. With the door behind him fixed into the cave wall that spanned far into the distance.
