Prologue

it was a normal mid summer evening, cloudy sky, a chilly breeze going through the trees animals running about kids playing at the playground cars driving through the street a homeless man picking cans up off the ground and everything seemed normal, until a certain young man yet to be named slowly opened his eyes only to find himself laying in the freezing snow with an empty gun in one hand and a large knife in the other.

rather other than a knife a sword or so it looked from the size of it, along with blood on his shirt and hoodie, a backpack full of ammo, and some mysterious gold coins and no recollection of where he was or what had happened. Everything was a bit hazy to him

but one thing he was sure of and that is that he just did something bad, really bad. then again who knows could just be overthinking things as some people have a tendency to do.

anyways it was all a mystery to him as he lay there in the snow thinking of what he was doing and how he got to where he was especially since it was just summertime a few hours ago or so he thought. but do not fret this isn't some story about some weird crazy psycho killer no its a story of how a young man trying to make ends meet, so he could care for his family the best he can. from a poverty stricken world finds himself in a distant place ,with nothing but the clothes on his back and a strangely stuffed backpack. and amazingly and oh so unexpectedly became one of the most powerful and successful men of this new and unknown world known as Thrad. do not worry we'll get to that a little later on.

Thrad is a mysterious world created by a certain god to allow a select few a chance at a better life. One they could have never dreamed of living. Thrad is a vast open world filled with different terrains and views you'd never believe were real. An ocean as far as any other an also monsters. yes you got that right monsters. you may be wondering how he went from struggling in his everyday life to a world with hardships and horrors, such as monsters. and yet became a very influential man in this new world.

well anyways this man will soon come to find out what he honestly already knew and that is even if you start anew it's not so easy to have a good life, when you start with nothing all over again in a place unknown to you with no one to help, now with a long hard journey ahead, how shall he proceed as events unexpected to us all occur.

now it's time to join this young man and travel alongside him on his life changing journey in a mysterious place where he meets new people, faces unexpected danger and delights oh and most importantly how he becomes the man he was always meant to be....if only it were that simple though.... ahaha this story may take some time to tell but bear with me now

One question you might have is "how did he get there?".

or "what's the whole point of this all?"

shoot you might even say "this is so stupid what am I doing listening to you about this".

But as we go along with this young man and follow his journey you'll find yourself unable to look away and ignore what I have to say for I am the God of this world know as Thrad and everything goes as I say it does.

You may have questions as does the young man in this story and as the saying goes "only time will tell". this story may be cliche and ordinary or it might even take you on an unexpected journey you never thought possible.

Might I add that our young shall I say adventurer? won't be alone the whole time. he'll spend his time learning the ropes and gaining some amazing, weird, friendly, mysterious allies along with some powerful and most terrifying enemies
