Earning Experience

The remaining lesson was not of Hiro's interest. Time passed very quickly and it was time to go home. But, before Hiro could get out, Professor Lurk called him. "Hiro, wait a second. I have some things to speak with you."

Confused, Hiro followed the professor.

"Right, I was sleeping and you said for me to go with you."

"Yes, and there's one more thing that I wanted to talk with you. In private."

Hiro was even more confused, did he do something?

Entering an isolated room, Professor Lurk started, "You shouldn't sleep in the class okay?"

The class ended over thirty minutes ago. Miwa was waiting for Hiro outside until now.

"Where is he? Did he got into trouble?"

With the wind flowing around her, Miwa's beauty was amplified for everyone to see.

"Isn't the minister Klagberg daughter? She is so beautiful."

Whispers could be heard every time someone passed by.

Klein was with his gang when he spotted Miwa alone.

"Is not that Miwa?" One of the twins asked.

"Yes." The other twin responded.

Seeing that Hiro was not around, Klein had more confidence. "Hey, Miwa. Where's that guy?"

Klein's behavior was totally different from this morning. When Hiro was not around, he acted like he was 'the one'.

"..." Miwa preferred to not answer.

"Why are you not talking?" He made a grin trying to demonstrate his superiority.

Miwa was just silent, she didn't want to talk with disgusting people.

"Hahaha!"

At this time, Edward Nark was leaving the academy, he usually waits for his ride, but today he wanted to walk a little. Just when he was going to leave, he saw two of the top ten together, Miwa and Klein.

"It seems that they are fighting?" Curious, he went to see.

"Look, we are friends, right? You don't need to hold grudges with us, okay?" Klein, with a terrible behavior, was still annoying Miwa.

"Yeah, we are friends." The twins said at the same time.

"Hmm." Drud, with the rock-face, said.

"See? We still consider you as a friend!"

Suddenly, they heard someone interrupting them.

"I don't know what happened, but it seems that Lady Klagberg doesn't want to stay with you guys, am I right?"

Turning their heads, the gang saw Edward Nark, the third prince of the kingdom.

"Wha- Your Royal Highness!" Klein was surprised with the Prince talking to them.

The entire gang was surprised. "What business Your Royal Highness has to come here? Where's Your ride?"

"Haha, I wanted to take a walk, it's good for health." Edward then looked at Miwa and said, "Lady Klagberg, right? Nice to meet you."

Miwa responded without any kind of nervousness, "It's a privilege to have a chance to meet Your Royal Highness." Both paid their due respects.

"I'm here to accompany Lady Klagberg, let's go?" Edward gave a kind smile and signalized for Miwa to come.

Miwa didn't move at all and said, "I'm sorry, Your Royal Highness, I'm waiting for someone."

The prince was somewhat speechless, feeling ashamed.

"How dare you to reject His Highness request!"

The twins said at the same time.

"My friend Miwa, it's better if you go with His Highness." Klein was just adding fuel to the fire.

Edward Nark was somewhat infamous because of his womanizer behavior. It was common knowledge.

"Ah, you're waiting for someone, I understand this." Contrary to Klein and his gang's expectations, the Prince was reasonable.

The Prince was awkward after the rejection, so he took his leave quickly. "I will be going, then. Until next time."

All of them said goodbye to the Prince.

But, Klein didn't leave, it seems that he came to stay. "Let's go home together, Miwa!"

Hiro was on the entry gate when he saw Miwa talking with the Prince. "What's going on?"

He saw the Prince leaving peacefully, but that bug and his gang didn't. Seeing that Miwa was making expressions of disgust, he already knew what was going on.

After hearing what Professor Lurk had to say, he was without patience, so, his fists ignited easily. He didn't say anything and just walked to them.

Klein sensed that someone was coming to them and turned his head. Realizing that the one who was coming was Hiro, he was becoming anxious. "What... do you want?! We are just talking!"

Hiro was silent but his pace was steady. Nearing them, Klein tried to look into Hiro's eyes but gave up. Noticing Hiro's blazing fists, he said, "What are going to do?!"

Clenching his fist, a red fire was burning. Hiro stopped when he was right in front of them and quickly punched Klein in his stomach.

"Guoh~" With eyes wide, Klein was on his knees.

"If you were a normal bully, I would just give you a slap. But, you tried to kill her, it's fair that I try to kill you too, right?" Hiro said while looking at the other gang members.

"I-I... didn't want to do that..." One of the twins said.

"Ye-yes! We actually said that it was wrong, but he didn't listen to us!" The other twin said.

"..." Drud was very quiet. He went to Klein and lifted him. "Let's go."

The twins looked at Hiro and hurriedly left with Drud.

"Is there any problem in doing that?" Hiro asked.

When the gang couldn't be seen anymore, Miwa responded, "No, they are not going to bother me anymore. Thank you."

"No problem."

They left, too.

Inside the academy, on the second floor.

"Sigh, even though he said those things, I still can't believe that the fire he hold is not demonic..." Professor Lurk was observing everything from above.

"What you said earlier about the new student, are you sure he is a demon?" An old lady was sitting on a luxurious chair. She had white long hair, one could tell by the clothes she used that she was a noble, without a doubt.

"Principal, I can't assure you, but from what I've seen, he could be a descendant of a demon, at least. No human can have the type of power he has."

"I understand. Let's not involve ourselves in this. If he makes trouble, we will have to act, if not, let him free."
