Kael Cor wakes to find himself in a dungeon, as a newly awakened vampire. He has to struggle through rules and social structures that he has no understanding or memories of to survive.

 With pure luck and a system that wants him to succeed for its own ends, he climbs to a position of power within the vampire community. With enemies outside the dungeon they are all living in, breathing down their backs, and enemies within, threatening the hard won peace he has managed to aquire, Kael must find a way to succeed in the life he wants for those he cares about.

Kael Cor: A Vampire's Awakening

We were in a meeting hall within castle Sarang. Synonymous with its grim and Gothic theme, this part of the castle was dark, filled to the brim with creepy paintings, and had a round table made of wood and metal that looked very medieval. This was the first inaugural council meeting. 


There was no need to make it sound all so fancy and stuff, but the coven elders wanted it to be official. I was seated along with Farina and Malek, next was Baeki herself who seems to be having a little more fun than usual, and then the four bloodline elders from the remaining coven. 


"So Lord Kael, you called this meeting, I believe you should take charge and tell us exactly what's going on."


"Indeed. Tell us what is the aim of this 'reformed vampire council' as you called it." Bien asked, mirroring Sousa's question.
