Kael Cor wakes to find himself in a dungeon, as a newly awakened vampire. He has to struggle through rules and social structures that he has no understanding or memories of to survive.

 With pure luck and a system that wants him to succeed for its own ends, he climbs to a position of power within the vampire community. With enemies outside the dungeon they are all living in, breathing down their backs, and enemies within, threatening the hard won peace he has managed to aquire, Kael must find a way to succeed in the life he wants for those he cares about.

<p>Sobek looked all too ready for a fight, honestly getting underestimated is getting rather old, but the crud of the matter was that, no one really knew how powerful I was. To be honest even I didn't know how powerful I was, but no matter the case, I had to take advantage of the element of surprise I had on my side, I have to take out Sobek and quickly before the rest of the Morrigan join the fray.</p>

<p>The earth blasted apart beneath my feet as I rushed towards Sobek. Crocodile scales Wu copy grew all-over his body as a massive tail showed up behind him and swept forwards towards me, I didn't want to waste time, I wanted to kill him in one strike, if not I would probably have to run away. And running away can't guarantee that we would all survive, I'd rather not put the lives of my wife and family in danger.</p>
