Rhomboid

Gu Feng was intrigued by her story. From the stories and traits, he had formed impressions of godly lunar figures with impressive strength. All of it was preparation for the all moon day. All the kids up to the age of 10 were being educated in such histories and traits all over the continent. What was really interesting to Gu Feng was the fact that it seemed to be possible to become even as powerful as a celestial body by increasing levels.

He was not interested in the mythologies for the sake of them. His wisdom from two indicted that it was possible to break out of the confines of the realm. He wanted nothing more than to return back to his earlier universe and extract revenge on a racial scale.

As soon as his thoughts went towards his previous life, he started having palpitations, his soul became unstable, and again the mnemonic surface in his soul. "All are equal, nothing is unfair, power is without bias, progress is all that matters" a voice said in his mind. He kept repeating the mnemonic and the voice became clearer and clearer.

Like before the mnemonic helped him stabilize and calm down, while he could now hear an additional voice in his head. Gu Feng stopped focusing on what the enchanted bath was imparting to him and concentrated on the soul mnemonic. The mnemonic was something not quite tangible to him. But he felt that it was something that he would eventually understand.

As he was curious about the voice and also worried that something might have gone wrong in reincarnating as Gu feng he kept replaying the mnemonic in his soul. He felt the words of the voice he had heard and the mnemonic were somehow related. He kept repeating the mnemonic for a month without break. In the second month he kept going, in the meanwhile a lot of learning in the enchanted bath was also happening simultaneously.

After a month and twenty days, as small cracking and whistling sound came from his soul. He also had a sensation of something breaking in between his eyebrows. He blacked out, when he came to he had a headache but between his eyebrows. He could feel a rhomboid object at that place. He was quite taken aback by this. As he could not move inside the enchanted bath he could not confirm if he had actually formed the rhomboid shape on his forehead or if it was only on the inside.

In any case it was definitely in his head. Apart from the rhombus, the mnemonic, and the voice in his head, his growth in body and mind inside the enchanted bath was quite on track.

He focused on his learning, stopping the repeating of the mnemonic. After all he could not get a voice out of the rhombus and he did not want that any complications should arise while he was in the enchanted bath. "I will chant the mnemonic after the session in the enchanted bath is over, after all I would be difficult for me to explain if anything strange were to happen inside here" thought Gu Feng.

Luckily no more new or strange soul fluctuations occurred from the rhomboid in his head. He decided not to get too emotional and no soul fluctuations happened. He completed the enchanted bath session with a week to spare for the All Moons day. At the end of the session he realized that the moons were once people or perhaps they are objects that represent these supremely powerful cultivators. He was sure that with time he would gain clarity on the subject. For now their traits and natures were enough. Whether he would gain their favor or not remained to be seen.

He also learned a lot about the various practitioner streams and their power levels.

Be it Fighters, Wyzards, Blessed Giants, Magueses or other cultivators they all started at the Novice level. After this the levels were as follows Apprentice, Condenser, Sublime Sea, Core Formation, Saint and God levels. The God level seemed to the end of the power levels in the realm.

At the Novice stage there were ten levels of comprehension to reach Apprentice stage, followed by 10 levels of comprehension to reach the Condenser level. They people at these stages were simply called level 1 Novice or level 5 Apprentice. The Novice level did not involve any changes in the physical or soul body of the practitioner. In the Apprentice stage some changes would start to occur in the practitioners' body and/or soul.

After successfully becoming a level 10 Apprentice one would develop certain auras and affinities. On the basis of these the world energies would be absorbed and condensed inside the body of the practitioner. This marked the breaking into the Condenser stage. Starting from this stage there were only four sub levels in the subsequent stages. These were: initial, mid, later and circle of great completion.

According to Gu Feng's understanding, he would be able to learn more about going back to his original universe only after breaking into the God realm. The road ahead seemed quite long.

The Fighters were the most basic of practitioners; they learned a lot of different types of fighting tactics. Starting from the Condenser stage they would start to become very useful in the continental wars and exploration troops. In the subsequent levels they would go to the wild lands for conquests. They were the mainstay of the army. Unlike the other professions it was easier to become a practitioner of the Fighter discipline. Firstly there were virtually thousands of fighter tactics. They were not solely based on magic; in fact they were more elementally inclined at later stages. It was a staged method suited to all and widely available regardless of class.

The Wyzards would wield magic through the use of various spells and spell formations. The humans were not favored by the elements like the Elf's. They however never gave up on magic. They used tools like staffs and wand's to channel the power of elements, nature or other powerful energies to create a system of magic separate from the Elfs. They needed strong bodies and souls in order sustain their spells. The Wyzards would tame magic and use it as their own. At the initial levels Wyzards were definitely weaker than Megueses, however It was said that at God level there was not much difference between the two .

The Elves were naturally blessed with magic and were the favored children of the elements. They always used their own bodies as channels for the magic. They did not need any spells for using magic. They had natural talent for magic in their blood. Though they could use spells created by the humans just as well or even better than the humans, they never needed to do so. Instead of spells they focused on making tactics similar to fighters or element based magic that they could use instantly.

Almost all Elves were therefore Magueses. But only some were able to create great magics or play significant roles in the continental wars. They were usually the higher order Elves. A lot of times lower order Elf's simply led simple lives without really becoming practitioners. As they naturally knew magic they could do as they pleased. Many lower order elves chose not to become practitioners.

While magic was tied to the soul of the Elves, the blessed warriors had magic in their physical bodies. Usually after a certain age the Giant practitioners would experience their awakening, in this process they would gain one or a few elemental blessings. These would greatly enhance their physical bodies and even souls. The most common blessing was of the earth element, and followed by ice. Gu Feng wanted to know more about the process but the bath had not provided him such information.
