The Grand Duke Valeria (I)

Within the luxurious carriage, Longwei was peeking out the window looking at the huge building outside. Next to him were Anastasia and her sister, including Scarlet.

While he was looking out the window, Anastassia took the time to explain everything she knows about the city.

According to her, Valeria city is divided into four parts. The west part of the city was a place were battle was forbidden, and it was a safe place to live in. if anyone dared to fight in the west part of the city, that would mean they were challenging the authority of the Grand Duke Valeria as it was the place where she lives.

the west district of Valeria city was the place where the most powerful demons live, including the demon commanders under Valeria's commands. Even some ancient powerful demons would seclude themselves here and live peacefully.

The East district, as well as the South district, were the places where the powerful demon clans live, such as the Dark elves, Lycanthropes, and other powerful demons clan.

As for the North district, this was the most bustling, unsafe and lively place in the city. the North part of the city was filled with many large estates, auctions and underground businesses. in addition, the north district had many merchants and slave traders as well that came from the other Grand dukes' territories.

There was one thing, no matter how viciously or ferociously one battle within the North district, it was fine.

After a good hour of traveling, Longwei finally made it to the west district.

" What a dominating estate," Longwei murmured to himself as he was staring at the distant estate through the window of the carriage.

Before the gate of this towering estate were rows of bloodthirsty looking demons. Each of them was in their human forms, but that did not stop Longwei from knowing their races due to the Gamer's Godship.

There was also an enormous stone sculpture of a stunning woman who stood next to the gate. the stone sculpture looks so lifelike and intimidating.

The head of the woman was looking down at the passerbys, appearing quite tyrannical. all the demons walking through the nearby streets couldn't help but unconsciously move a bit further away, not daring to get too close.

As for the carriage Longwei was in, it walked straight towards it. as they got closer, the two demons open the gate for them. after a few more minutes they got off the carriage.

" Follow me." said one of the demons as he was leading them forward.

As they were walking, Longwei looked around him carefully. Inside the estate was truly large and the scenery continuously changed as they moved forward. everything was unspeakably beautiful.

Longwei couldn't help but shock from what he was seeing. this estate looked more like a palace. even though he had never been into a demons continent before, he always thought demons were creatures that live in filthy places but today was an eye-opener for him.

Soon they entered a huge private courtyard.

" Her Highness is in the midst of training right now, once she's done. I'll come looking for you. for now, you can rest." said the demons that were guiding them. apparently, he was like a butler. he was the one that received them when they got within the estate.

" thank you," answered Longwei as he was looking at his surrounding. he did not dare to release his spiritual sense or use his deva eyes to checked the estate because he knew that there was a giant that he couldn't dare to provoke yet living in this mansion.

within an underground room, a stunningly beautiful lady dressed in black was seated in a mediating stance.

a giant black serpent made of black flame more than two hundred meters long, coiled around the room. whether it was its scales or fangs, they were all made of black flames.

the black flames swirled around the room, and the head of the serpent was close to the woman.

After a while, the woman opens her eyes which were like a bottomless pit of darkness or void. she looked at the door and said.

" Drag, Come in."

the door slowly opened as the butler came in.

" Your Highness, the guess you have been waiting for has come," he said respectfully as he bowed.

" Ohh it's about time, However, I'm kinda busy now, I will receive them tomorrow morning." answered the woman with a cold voice.

" Yes, your highness." answered the butler before he left the room leaving the woman by herself.

The woman returned to her training as her body started to emanate a huge amount of black flame. At the same time, she opened her mouth and countless black flame came out of it which merged together with the other black flames that came from her body and formed a giant black serpent again.
