Both the teachers and Shu Himo now are staring at each other, waiting for the one that will make the first move.
Suddenly, a teacher created an icicle, aiming it toward Shu Himo.
*Fiuu*
The icicle is moving extremely fast, reaching easily over 500m/s of speed, but Shu Himo just got puzzled seeing it and extended his hand, touching the tip of the icicle with his finger, stopping it completely.
The teacher who threw the icicle got shocked by seeing him acting like that, doesn't he have a bit… no, way too much control over the illusion realm?
Suddenly, Shu Himo lightly pushed the icicle with his finger, sending it back to the teacher, but its speed is in no way normal, reaching over 2000m/s!
*Fiuu*
The teacher seeing its speed immediately paled but still dodged it, as he is at Nascent Soul realm something like this is still manageable. But seeing their reaction, Shu Himo is getting increasingly more puzzled, 'aren't they way too weak?'
[No, it's just the User who is abnormal.]
As if they could hear Shu Himo's thoughts, the teachers suddenly started modifying the illusion realm, finally creating a bit of a challenge for Shu Himo. The previous world of ice got overwritten, and everything around Shu Himo quickly became lava, bringing an extreme heat to him, and meanwhile, the teachers are standing on top of a small island, looking toward Shu Himo and wondering how he will react.
Instead of falling in the lava Shu Himo calmly used [Hopper] standing still in mid-air, but he did not erase the lava, as he decided to make an experiment.
Imagining a single atom of the lava stop moving, Shu Himo then tried applying the same command to all the atoms existent in the lava. Suddenly, all the atoms started getting slower, until they finally stopped.
As the heat itself is generated by the movement of the electrons in the atoms, stopping their movement will make them unable to generate supplementary heat, causing the cooling down of the lava.
A couple seconds later, every bit of lava suddenly cooled down, becoming extrusive igneous rock.
Seeing all the lava turning quickly into a huge rock, the teachers felt horrified by the sight, how is this even possible? If they had seen Shu Himo transforming the lava directly into rocks, it would not surprise them too much, but it almost felt as if the lava voluntarily transformed itself!
With a grim look, they all looked at each other and nodded, deciding on the next attack.
Suddenly, a meteor appeared on the sky, apparently as big as a mountain, seemingly ready to crush everything underneath.
Looking at it, Shu Himo raised his hand and created an opposed gravity of the same strength as the one from the earth around the meteor, this completely nullified any effect of the gravity on it. Staring at the meteor, the teachers felt nothing weird and questioned themselves about what Shu Himo is doing.
Since the gravity got nullified, the meteor's momentum could not increase and slowed down instead due to the force of friction from the air.
Now looking at the teachers again, Shu Himo noticed that they all have their mouth agape and wide eyes as if they had seen a ghost. Pondering about their reactions, Shu Himo finally realized that he has an absolute advantage inside an Illusion Realm, even if he had found someone with the same control as him: the knowledge.
Since reading certain novels required particular knowledge, Shu Himo one day decided to study a bit of everything, gaining an extensive knowledge in most fields. If he wanted, he could freely play with the existence itself of certain elements, influencing a potential fight.
Ironically, fate says that the next experiment is exactly about deleting an element from the air: the oxygen.
Raising his hand, Shu Himo imagined the loss of each atom of oxygen, and then abruptly closed his palm, as if grabbing on something. Suddenly, the air became void of oxygen, making impossible breathing normally.
While he was ready for it and held his breath, the teachers were not ready at all and suddenly felt that something different was entering their lungs.
A couple seconds later, multiple symptoms started to appear on them: confusion, restlessness, headache, shortness of breath, rapid breathing, dizziness, lack of coordination, and rapid heart rate. While normally someone who can't breathe oxygen would get more bad effects, thanks to their cultivation realm those problems are resisted, and even the ones they are currently feeling are greatly reduced, compared to what would feel a normal person in such a situation.
Still, this doesn't mean they aren't panicking, but they instantly imagined for the 'air' to come back, giving them the ability to breathe again.
The result greatly disappointed Shu Himo, it seems that even if they do not know the division of various elements in the air is not possible to abuse that knowledge forcing them to stop breathing.
'Whatever, let's test some poison next.' Looking toward the poor teachers as if they were lab rats, Shu Himo generated an immense pressure even on them.
Seeing his expression the blood of the teachers quickly started to boil: they are all proud Nascent Soul Realm teachers of the academy, how could they let a student bully them this much? Now motivated to fight Shu Himo, all the teachers' expressions quickly turned into savage ones, as they decided to start using their worst tricks to make their student regretting what he's doing.
