The next day.
Slowly opening her eyes, waking up, the first thing that Aura Azusa saw was Shu Himo.
'Wha-' She was shocked, why was she sleeping on top of him?
Remembering what happened the day before, she could not believe it, her behavior was totally different from how she usually acted! Ashamed by her previous childish behavior, her face was as red as a tomato, as she slowly looked up, hoping that he was asleep.
Looking at his face, she sighed in relief, luckily he fell asleep. It would've been really embarrassing otherwise.
Standing up, she noticed that Phylia was looking toward her, with a slight smile on her face. Startled for a moment, she swallowed her emotions as if they didn't exist and calmed down, as her face grew into a light smile, "Good Morning."
Nodding, Phylia softly replied, "Good morning, be careful to not wake him up."
With her reminder, Aura Azusa looked again at his face and noticed that he was exhausted, how was that possible? She clearly remembered everything that happened yesterday, and she knew that he should not be that tired!
Was it something related to the formation of the party? With this doubt in mind, she walked away to prepare herself for the day.
-----
Waking up, Shu Himo saw Phylia's face, and knew that she acted once again as a lap pillow, "Good morning... thank you, Phylia."
Gently smiling, she replied, "Good morning."
"Good morning." Even Aura Azusa was there, sitting on the other bed, waiting that he would wake up.
Seeing that the party was formed, Shu Himo smiled, "You accepted." To his sentence, she simply nodded while smiling brightly.
Feeling relieved, Shu Himo quickly went to prepare himself.
-----
Five minutes later, noticing that the three walked outside, Hu Zan suddenly appeared in front of them. They were dumbfounded, was there a need to be so hurried?
"Are you ready to answer a couple of questions? Come with me for a moment." Without waiting for their answer, he began walking, as if expecting that the three would immediately follow him.
In fact, he was extremely impatient, how could he have thought that they would sleep for more than a whole day in such a dangerous moment? Even worse, they put a formation making impossible to know what was happening inside!
For the last hours, he waited anxiously that they would come out, but there wasn't any sign of movement!
Turning around, the sight of what was happening almost made him spurt blood, why were they standing still, talking to each other?! "Come fast, we have no time to waste!"
Only after his reminder did the three wake up from their conversation and began following him.
Sighing in relief, Hu Zan brought them in his residence.
-----
Standing around a table, Shu Himo, Aura Azusa and Phylia stared at Hu Zan, waiting to know what he wanted to ask.
Coughing to attract the attention from the three, even if he already had it, Hu Zan began talking, "As you already know, I'm a Longevity Realm expert, and my task was the watch the movements from the Demon King inside of the tower."
His sentence puzzled the three, "How can you watch the movements of the Demon King with your weak strength?"
Seeing how the three who were barely entering Nascent Soul realm called him weak, Hu Zan felt stifled within, but still replied, "The gates had a special formation, made especially to monitor whether the Demon King is inside their range or not."
"Oh, you mean the gate you broke?"
"Exactly." Realizing what he just said he felt ashamed, after all, wasn't that like destroying his own tool?
*Cough*
Hoping that his cough had succeeded in diverting their attention from the gate, Hu Zan asked his first question, "What did the Demon King say when leaving?"
Trying to remember what she said, Shu Himo calmly replied, "Beware not to die before we meet again."
Hearing what he said, Hu Zan widened his eyes, 'That terrifying Demon King said such words?! Just how much did these three impress her?'
Knowing that the three were extremely talented, he decided to not ask the other questions about the test against the Demon King, and made instead the decision to reveal what most likely will happen.
So he then took out a map and began explaining, "This map shows all the areas close to the Remir Kingdom." Pointing at each one, he began listing them, "This is the Grass Kingdom, this is the Rasply Kingdom, this is the Pasta Kingdom, this is..."
Shu Himo was dumbfounded, Pasta Kingdom? Why was this world full of pasta everywhere? Shaking his head, he knew it was not the time to worry about that, so he continued to listen what Hu Zan was saying.
"... and lastly, this is the Shu Kingdom. Now that she left the tower, there is a high chance that she may begin attacking, beginning from this, the Shu Kingdom."
'Wha- Why the Shu Kingdom?' Shu Himo could not believe it, was there such a coincidence in the world?
"You are from the Shu Kingdom, right? I'm sorry but, unless you are at Longevity Realm is better if you don't return there, or you will lose your life."
Hearing his serious tone, Shu Himo began to worry, "What do you mean? Why would the Shu Kingdom be the one attacked first?"
If the attack will be able to kill anyone lower than Longevity Realm, wouldn't that mean that the Kingdom was doomed? With such information, he hoped that Shu Eitha could protect all his family, at the very least.
Hearing his question, Hu Zan was baffled, 'He rules the Shu Kingdom but he doesn't know it?'
Knowing that it was not the time to bother of such things, he simply replied, "The Shu Kingdom is the place that stops the demons from invading, acting as a protection for all the rest of the continent! If it were to fall into the hands of the demons… a disaster is bound to happen!"
