Obsidian Sword

"I have things to do so just go to your house and scram." Without batting an eye, Hei walks to his house and sits down at the entrance. He slowly inhales and exhales, beginning to meditate to restore himself.

Ren calmly reminds, "Master, if you want the sword house to actually absorb more energy from the surroundings, the best thing to do would be to place multiple astral inscriptions on the house."

Hei answers casually, "Hmm, I remember what you said. I however do not plan on doing too much for her. I already graced her with a much better home. Besides, it can be considered repayment for the slight favor of letting me experiment with her house."

Ren doesn't reply via voice, instead, calmly nodding in understanding as he stares at Hei. In those dark and dreadful eyes, one cannot tell what he is thinking. Hei curiously asks, "So, is someone going to tell me why exactly those persons thought I was a beast when I am clearly a human?"

Ren slowly states, "Heavenly Physique…Black…no matter which race that looks on you, they will get the feeling that it is very clear that you are a definite member of their race. That demon guessed you are different this way when he realized that you looked like a pure demon to him but the humans are raising you like normal."

"This is also the reason everyone is able to casually trust you even though we are from different races. When you have fully awakened your Heavenly Physique along, everyone will be able to talk to you properly and interact with Master. That is what Master should strive towards for now. Live long enough to reach that level and you will meet many great persons."

"I get you. Since it's like that, I will naturally survive. If I die young, how would I get to take revenge? I shall fix this house first and then I will take a look on how the farm project is progressing."

Hei opens his eyes and looks forward. Surprisingly, this girl, Xiniu Shan is still here, standing in front of him. A small vein appears on his forehead as he looks on her chubby and slightly pink face. "What is it now?" She giggles a bit, "What? I wanna see how you are gonna make your house great too!"

Hei shrugs casually and stares on his house. The full extents of his bloodlines are released instantly, causing the sky to slowly get much darker than it was before.

The previously shining Sword of Charm sword house slowly dims. Gigantic black stars filled with a terrifyingly baleful aura of lightning and thunder are seen cascading pure black orbs of starlight, magnificent in sight but balefully bestial in aura.

As the orbs of light fall upon Hei, his jet black hair flutters as he black cloak gently dances in the wind. Xiniu Shan along with many disciples in the entire tertiary disciples' area feel their bloodlines trembling in dread. Their faces all pale while some even cough out blood instantly.

Thousands of astral inscriptions begin forming from the energy being directly channeled to Hei. These astral inscriptions slowly rotate as they begin forming characters of darkness, destruction, sword, killing intent, lightning and fire.

These characters all radiate a pure law energy that perfectly reflects what they depict. Each darkness character seems to be voids which absorb not only light but everything.

The characters for destruction all seem to possess a desire to destroy everything, the sword characters seem to give off a domineering sword that has a will to sunder the heavens.

Killing intent constantly whistles as these inscriptions seem to possess a pure and true form of desire to kill. Lightning and fire characters seem to come alive as they release a domineering fire and lightning law energy that goes straight to the soul.

These inscriptions slowly form into a formation that constantly rotates, each character interchanging with others in a seemingly random manner but somehow, it gives off a profound feeling. Xiniu Shan trembles in fright and pure suppression as she looks on the diagram. The more she looks, the more her head hurts and she feels as if her mind is going to be overwhelmed by the pure laws hidden in these characters formed from astral inscriptions. She looks away and runs far away quite quickly.

Hei slowly infuses these inscriptions into the sword house as he changes the form of how the house appears along with the interior of the house.

Before, he slowly experimented with Xiniu Shan's house which made him come to the conclusion that this is 'easy' to perform if he exerted himself enough. But then he also realized that if he took too much time to do this, he would more than likely alert the attentions of many unwanted persons.

The sword house quickly forms into a much larger and pure, obsidian black figure. Terrifying law energies seem to radiate constantly as the entire space around the house trembles slightly. The starlight from above sprinkles pure astral essence upon the astral inscriptions and the sword house itself, creating a sort of harmony between the 2.

The law energies actually begin forming a very strange phenomenon around the area of the house, slowly creating an actual mini domain of law energy. Such a domain would actually be very beneficial to persons who have not cultivated as yet or even low level cultivators.

The law energies seem to mingle and slowly become stronger the more energy it absorbs. A dreadful aura radiates from the sword house as the domain actually darkens.

Very close to the domain, whistling sword energy, killing intent infused destruction, lightning and thunder of a dark attribute all seem to mingle and mix together, forming a perfect harmony that does not conflict with each other.

The sword house itself is now hidden in the domain, making it even more mysterious and enigmatic.

Hei releases the powers of his bloodlines and takes a deep breath. His face instantly gets extremely pale as a bit of blood trickles down his mouth. He slowly wipes it away as he looks on the end product. A mysterious connection can be felt from the house which startles Hei. Xiniu Shan trembles as she feels and sees the difference in the environment.

The sky slowly begins releasing light as the dark stars disappear. Xiniu Yu who was enjoying a wonderful meal actually stopped and rushed over here.

As he notices the mini domain which he has to actually focus keenly to see the visage of a deadly obsidian sword, shock appears on his face instantly.

While he noticed the Sword of Charm for a bit and was impressed and curious, this house instead seems to birth a slight fear that comes from the heavenly dao itself; the laws of the heavens that seem to radiate from this sword house.

"Who…WHO DID THIS!? WHAT IS THIS!?" Hei doesn't reply as he sits and meditates without entering his dimension. Xiniu Shan looks on her shocked father and cries out, "Father! This Liu Hei is a monster! A genuine genius monster! He did it!"

Without even glancing on Hei or his daughter, Xiniu Yu stares at the house and replies, "Bullshit! You think this is a game!? A little juvenile who hasn't even finished growing a headful of hair cannot do this! Who did he call to do this!? A very powerful bloodline which I have never felt before was used just now!"

He finally looks to Hei with fear and caution, "Kid, who did you call!? Which expert did this? Was it someone in the Celestial Step!? Just who are you!?"

Hei doesn't open his eyes and continues to meditate calmly.

Instead of angering this Elder Yu, it actually makes him even more fearful. In his mind, he cannot help but exclaim, "This kid! He isn't even afraid…Just where did he come from exactly!? I should I report this to the upper echelons? What if he is from 'that place'? I will go report this…"

He looks on his daughter, "Did the expert that he called do that to your house too?"

One can tell how solemn the situation is due to the seriousness instilled into his voice. Even his own daughter has never heard her own father be that serious.

This causes her to be dazed in shock that slightly irritates him. "I am talking to you! Was it the expert or not!?" Xiniu Shan is jolted from her shock and reveals a look of confusion and fear.

"I told you…It was him! He did it himself! I swear! Please father…believe me!"

Apparent anger is seen in Elder Yu's eyes as he glances at her and then the obsidian domain once more. "Bullshit I call it. No kid could do this! You think he is Colossan!? Don't you bullshit me! I will report this!" he speeds off quickly without the slightest of hesitation.

At this point in time, Hei lazily opens his eyes and yawns. "What a loudmouth. He almost obliterated my hearing."

Xiniu Shan looks on Hei with shock and slight fear. "Just…who are you? I never saw…father so serious…How did you..."

Hei casually interrupts her, "Those questions are not for someone who I graced with a small favor."

"Furthermore, how is that important? I am not that suspicious. I never tried to harm anyone and this is all within the rules. You said so yourself. Even if I called in an expert to do this for me, what would be the issue? Is there a rule that says I cannot hire someone to fix my house?"

She looks on Hei's casual expression along with listening to his nonchalant tone of voice. Even the way how relaxed his shoulders and his facial muscles do not escape her eyes.

"I cannot believe it. You are not even slightly unafraid. Father will definitely report this to the upper echelons of the sect. Do you not fear them making life difficult for you?"

"Nope, I did a good thing. Why would I fear any form of negative outcome. By the way, which sect or sects is their highest competition right now?"

Hei calmly replies without a hint of ripple to his emotions. She curiously looks on him and answers, "In this region, everyone knows that the Constellation Beast Clan is the sect's biggest competitor. Everyone from that family is always in conflict with our sect…Why do you want to know that?"

"Nothing important really…If they make my life difficult, I will simply join that clan and become this sect's worst nightmare…Believe me."

Hei's voice sounds a bit simple but with his talent being displayed in the eyes of this little fatty along with how casual and confident his voice is sends shivers down her body.

"That would be horrible! I don't think you're such a bad person to even do anything horrible. After all, you even helped me get a new house!"

Hei chuckles a bit without replying. He thinks to himself, "Only if you knew fatty. This Young Master here doesn't perform deeds of good unless it benefits him."

"Hehehe, I wonder how you would react if you knew where I am from. Meh, this isn't all that important. I will research this Constellation Beast Clan after this. Who knows? I might have to join them if this little sect here tries anything fishy."

"Fishy…that reminds me…Cat…That Black Cat…He probably knows what I am doing right now. That bastard, I will work on that damned contract soon."

Hei gets up and stretches a bit. He slightly feels better but is still weakened from his usage of his bloodlines.

"I will be resting in my house. Tell your father and his 'friends' that this one here will be accepting no visitors for now as I am entering closed door seclusion. Furthermore, even if I wasn't going to do something important, I still wouldn't meet him or anyone he brings."

Hei casually enters the domain and disappears from Xiniu Shan's eyesight.

She mutters to herself in sadness and slight fear, "Monster…among monsters…Please father, don't let the sect lose him…such a nice person who doesn't know how nice he is."
