Xiangliu (2)

It spat large acidic shots at her. She rolled and barely dodge the attack.

Boom! a large crater formed where she was once standing as the ground slowly sunk in multiple spots.

She rolled to the side and lunged forward as she sliced into its side.

CLANK! the blade bounced off its skin as if striking metal causing her forehead to sweat slightly with worry.

She tossed the naginata into the air as she concentrated her Qi energy while avoiding the shots of acid. A soul manifestation of herself caught the blade and charged forward causing the Xiangliu to grow confused for a moment.

The Xiangliu grew annoyed and conjured a poisonous illusion. Shi Rongs reaction time was to slow as she ran head first into the trap.

She bounced back as she covered her nose with her sleeve. "Dammit this is troublesome my medical shield can't protect me from this." She conjured all her energy to stay focused as her vision began to fade slightly.

She saw a flash of purple flames swinging in the distance and began to run forward towards its direction only to become turned around as it appeared to be getting further and further.

In reality she was running around in a circle around the Xiangliu while her soul manifestation desperately fought off its attacks while blocking any attacks and strikes from harming the original body.

She concentrated her mental energy and released it from her body causing a massive explosion.

The Xiangliu flew backward and landed on its side but quickly sat up as it lunged towards them once again in annoyance. "Such an annoying meal now I shall finish you.

It striked low trying to lung for her feet but she jumped over it and blasted it while her Qi energy from her body.

It rolled and twitched slightly causing a small white stone to fall from its mouth. The soul manifestation lunged for the stone and tossed it towards Shi Rong before the soul manifestation was struck down by the Xiangliu's tail.

She caught the stone and looked at it with astonishment. "A lighting stone?"

She clasped it in her hand and stared at the naginata which was now on the ground and ran forward towards it.

It shot a poisonous fog towards her. She blocked the fog from her nose with her sleeve and continued to run forward as she jumped and leapt over its tail.

She turned over in midair and struck its body with full force sending it flying into the lake as she grabbed the naginata. it roared and transformed as the pole turned slightly orange. the tiger engraved on the blade moved into a pouncing position and roared loudly once more as the flames danced on the tip of the blade.
