A cold expression appeared on Shi Rongs face as she glanced at her past self sitting down elegantly. "493…...494…..495….496…."


"997….998...999…...1000." Her arm quivered as she tossed the heavy boulder towards her other hand nearly losing her balance. She looked up at the beaming sun.


"Time doesn't pass in the dream realm unless you want it to, however I don't plan on handing control over to you so for now the sun shall sit high in the sky." She opened one eye with a taunting expression. "I can't hear you!"


Shi Rong garnished her teeth as she began to push the larger boulder up and down. "1…...2…....3…...4"


Shi Rong stood hunched over carrying the giant boulder in one hand. Her face was bright red and covered in sweat. Her wet robes now clung to her body revealing her under garments and shiny white skin. She heaved heavily to tired and weak to be embarrassed. Her energy now extinguished from carrying and exercising with such a heavy boulder.


Shi Rong tossed the boulder on her shoulders and began to sprint around the past Shi Rong. "1...2….3….4…..5…..6…..7….8….9….10"


Her past self opened her eyes and clapped her hands together as she stood up. "Congratulations my dear you finished without error!"


Shi Rong heaved once more then collapsed. The large boulder tumbled to the ground with a large crash forming a large hole beneath it.


Shi Rong laid on the ground covered in sweat. She breathed heavily from exhaustion as the hot heat beamed down on her.


Her past self frowned. "Is this all your capable of, we're supposed to be a genius and a powerful cultivator not some weak young adult who doesn't know how to harness and control her strength. You are a Martial Ruler only in name but your experience is only that of a level 7 and you have the audacity to want to take over the world, Hmph, Don't make me laugh with such a horrible joke you incompetent child!"


Shi Rong glared at her angrily as she slowly tried to crawl to her feet.


Her past self smirked then snapped her fingers. Chains crawled from the ground and wrapped themselves around Shi Rongs arms and legs, pinning her to the ground.


"These chains will slowly steal away your Qi energy while increasing its weight three times your strength. Should you take to long with trying to stand up and break the chains you will begin to lose limbs!"
