Relentless Overlord General

Another explosion shook the building. Master Zhi pulled his sleeve above his face to block the smoke. When the air cleared he immediately dropped to his knees at the horrible sight in front his eyes.


Zhi Yue was on her knees with her hands extended from her body. Her face twisted in pure agony with her mouth open wide in mid scream.


Her eyes completely blown from her body leaving nothing but black sockets allowing one to see the crowd behind her. A large hole was blown in her chest dripping with blood onto the large pool forming below her body.


Her very soul was blown from her body leaving behind an empty vessel.


Zhi Xin began shaking with a cold smile. "Finally that b*tch is finally dead but it doesn't feel so satisfying, but I need to escape."


She looked around noticing a man's foot was poking through the barrier. She arched her eyebrow then began crawling towards his direction while everybody was focused on the horrified body of Zhi Yue.


Master Zhi pulled on his grey hair pulling a few strands from his scalp as he screamed. "ZHI YUEEEEAAAAGGGGHHHHHH!"


A large wall of flames engulfed Master Zhi's body.


Shi Rong held her naginata sending its sheath crashing into the ground sending a burst of fire towards the devastated Master Zhi setting him ablaze.


The flames dimmed revealing a charred Master Zhi. He crack his charred eyelids open as he moved his charred black arms. His skin slightly peeled back revealing his muscles and veins. Blood dripped down his body with every movement.


"You little bitch, I'll get you back for that and for killing my precious daughter. She still had some use to me and you took her from me now how will further enhance the Zhi family, you little trashy vixen!"


"Mhm." Shi Rong grumbled slamming the naginata into the ground once more, engulfing Master Zhi once more in flames.


Master Zhi screamed as his skin engulfed in flames. He flailed around the crowd bumping into the barrier


Many people turned their heads away from the burning sight of Master Zhi. He spun around until the flames diminished from his body. The pain in his body subsided only for a moment before she slammed the sheath into the ground once more, once again engulfing Master Zhi in flames.
