Childhood and Cultivation
In a random hidden grove in konoha city, a small child sat on the ground in meditation. This child who looked to be about 4 years old was the definition of an extremely handsome Child. The fact that he had White hair with Red stripes seemed to made him even more good looking. There was also a red haired beauty standing beside this child.
"Alright Shura, now you are about to step into the body tempering realm" said Mio Uzumaki, "However, what most people and even most clans don't know is that this is also the most optimal time to increase your own Talent and Chakra Sense"
"Really" Shura Otsutsuki said, "But Mom can't I already sense chakra"
"You can" Said Mio, "and that is why you are so special. Even the most talented person takes at least a couple of weeks trying to sense Chakra and typically it takes a normal person months to sense Chakra and that's only if he wants to sense it. Sensing Chakra is not needed to break through into Body Tempering Realm However, if a person is able to do it his or her future will be really bright since then they can start learning a profession like alchemist or seal master early. but you were able to do it since the moment you were born. Now the only thing that is left is to increase your Talent". Shura Otsutsuki looked at him mom and nodded in confirmation.
Once she saw that Shura had understood she said "ok now let me tell you what is about to happen. To enter into the the body tempering realm you must have someone in the Genin realm or higher insert Chakra into your body"
"The better the quality of the Chakra, the more your Talent increases. Those who break into Body tempering realm after having Genin realm Chakra revolved around in them will find them having no talent increase and commonly will have difficulties breaking into genin realm after completing body tempering. This is also commonly called Low success"
"Mid success is If the Chakra revolved around in your body is from Chinin realm. High success is if Jonin or above chakra is used and finally peak success is if a bloodline based Chakra is used. Those who enter body tempering realm after doing peak success will have talent massively increased such that it is almost Guaranteed that, if they survive, they will break through to Kage realm in the future"
"Now I know that you are already able to sense chakra so what I am about to do is use my special Uzumaki chakra as well as your Dad's Chakra that he gave me before he died so that you will be able to get Peak Success and breakthrough to Body tempering"
"Yes Mom" Shura said. "Then let's start" Mio said, "Alright, now first close your eyes and empty your mind".

Hi, my name is Shura Otsutsuki. I am the son of Sora Uchiha and Mio Uzumaki. Unfortunately my Father died before I was born because of a mission. Before he died though he had already made all the arrangements for me to successfully cultivate using the best resources. This can be seen by him giving mom his Chakra so that I am able to break through into Body tempering realm with Peak success.
Now before we go any further how about I tell you how my life has been up until now. Normally no one remembers their first year of life unless you are an elite Jonin with an abnormally high level of mental power. However, I am an anomaly because I can remember everything since I first woke up after I was born.
After my Mom took a couple of tests we found out that I had the mental power equivalent to an adult. Basically, I had an adult mind in the body of a child. This also apparently gave me the ability to sense Chakra. Mom thought that I learned to sense Chakra when I was in the womb.
Whatever the reason, this combined with me possessing the bloodline limits of both the Uzumaki and Uchiha gives me an Immense advantage over everyone else. The reason my last name is Otsutsuki is that before I was born, my mother had a dream where a voice told her to name me Otsutsuki instead of Uchiha or Uzumaki so she followed it.
Another reason that I am special is that I apparently have memories of my past self. Even though I do not remember anything about my previous self, I still remember everything else such as the advanced technology, there being no cultivation or Ninja, etc.
I also remember an anime by the name of Naruto that is very similar to this world. Mom said that even though it is very different than our world there are still an astonishing number of details that are similar.
Of course, I told my mom about me having strange memories. She actually was very curious but stopped caring after I told her that there was no cultivation in that world, only mortals. Of course I never told her about the details of the future of the Anime, more specifically the fourth shinobi war, akatsuki, etc. I realized that it would do no good other than having us needlessly worry.
I am confident that in the future I will be able to get strong enough to deal with any problems I and my mom might have. Frankly, I don't care about this world or Konoha since when I asked mom what we would do if this world is destroyed, mom said that we can just go to another world if this one is threatened. No idea how but I trust her.
I also have an amazing bullshit ability called observe. It is actually a unique bloodline limit that only I have. It is not hereditary or in the blood, therefore, there is no way to copy or transfer it. It does one thing and one thing only. It gives information about a target.
The bullshit part is that the information it gives is information that I do not know about. This ability is able to give information about someone no matter who they are even if they themselves don't know the information.
For example, when I observed my mom what I got was

[Bloodlines:- Uzumaki Clan Bloodline (High-speed regeneration, Increased Lifespan, Increased Vitality, Minor Affinity for Fuuinjutsu, increased affinity for Yang Chakra)]
[Mio Uzumaki is a Jonin Realm Kunoichi. Her Mother was the Daughter of the Previous Clan Head of the Uzumaki Main Clan who came to the live in the Five elemental Realm Uzumaki Branch. After the Uzumaki branch was destroyed she came to live in Konoha City and Married Sura Uchiha(Deceased) and has a Child by the name of Shura Otsutsuki. Has no special Skills to speak of other than her professions.]
If this is the information that I get from observing anyone, you can see why it's bullshit. Nobody's secrets are safe in front of me. Unfortunately, it seems that I cannot Observe people exactly 1 Major Realm and 5 Minor Realms Above mine. The only reason I was able to observe mom is because she didn't care if I observed her. According to her when I observed her she felt as if I was looking at her in the nude. Needless to say that was a very important piece of information as now I realize that I can't go Observing everyone since if I accidentally mind rape an almighty figure I won't be able to cry before I die.
Now Let's go back to the part where I was about to break through to Body Tempering Realm, shall we.
The reason breaking through to the body tempering realm requires Chakra is because a normal mortal's body contains blockages that prevent a mortal from cultivating. The best way to remedy this is to use Chakra to destroy those blockages so that a person is able to Cultivate. Since you have to be at least genin realm to use Chakra, a mortal who wants to cultivate needs the help of a Cultivator to break through.
Of course, you can always just buy a pill that does the same thing however there was always a high chance of problems arising using this method, therefore, most people employ the help of a Cultivator to do it for them.
Since it is the first time any sort of energy is introduced into the body the Chakra also nourishes the body that one time. This is how your talent can be increased. The better the quality of Chakra used, the better the body is nourished and therefore the higher your talent is increased.
Since the Uzumaki clan along with the Senju and Uchiha clans are descended from the sage of the six paths, their Chakra is inherently extremely powerful. The Uzumaki and Senju Chakra have an overabundance of Physical energy in their Chakra and the Uchiha Chakra have an overabundance of Spiritual energy in their Chakra.
Using both Uzumaki and Uchiha chakra at the same time has the best effect of nourishing the body and mind at the same time.
As I sat there meditating beside my mother, I sensed her pushing two types of Chakra into me. Since she was a Jonin realm practitioner as well as a sensor like me everything proceeded extremely smoothly. I forced the two types of Chakra to merge and then she revolved the Chakra around my body. I could feel each blockage being broken.
"Typically people in Shinobi clans have fewer blockages since they are descended from a long line of Ninja Cultivators," said Mom, "People with bloodlines also have fewer Blockages"
Since I was descended from two clans as well as possessing the Juubi's bloodline (Which I have not told my mother about or anyone for that matter) I had practically no blockages. Normal people typically have around 300 blockages. People in clans have around 100 blockages. However, I have less than 10 blockages.
