"Shit, I need to run now I spent too much time." But as I said that I turned around and heard a growl in front of me in the darkness.

A majestic silver wolf walked out slowly from the darkness, but it was covered in wounds and some branches were still sticking out of its body.

"Well now, seems I was too late anyway and all I can do now is fight. 'Store pet'." I issued mental command as I slowly shifted my body in a fighting stance.

Silver wolf noticed that black ball disappeared and switched its eyes on me and crouched down a bit and started growling menacingly.

"Hey how about you let me out and I don't bother you anymore, how does that sound to you?" I said quietly, only reason I had to say that was to buy more time so I can build up some strength, it was said on official website that rarer monsters have intelligence, but I seriously don't want to depend on that.

I slowly spread the little amount of mana I have through my body using the same pattern Gabriel told me about and as I do so I slowly feel my body heating up and growing lighter.

"So queen, want to reconsider now?" I said as a grin formed on my face slowly, seems like wolf queen can sense mana coursing through my veins as it crouched even lower, it stopped growling but its eyes were almost glowing blazing red as it kept its focus on me, slowly scanning my body.

Every time its eyes scanned over me I felt like I was plunged into freezing hell, but I can't explain why, I feel so exited right now, is it another adrenalin rush?

Wolf queen obviously didn't want to let me think about my current mental status as she pounced towards me, my eyes barely following up as I rolled hurriedly to the side.

As it landed where I was standing I could see her better, her beautiful silver hair was covered with shades of crimson, making it less beautiful but more majestic.

We played the pouncing game for at least half an hour and I can slowly start to notice exhaustion in her movement. Jumping around that much it was damn about time for you to start feeling tired, it seems my turn will be soon.

But as soon as I finished that thought something unexpected happened, that she wolf pounced on me and missed again, but once it landed its foot it twisted its foot on a rolling rock that was blasted away during our cat and mouse game.

I used this opportunity and sent flurry of kicks toward its rib cage.

*Crack*

Cracking sound echoed in the cave as my last kick landed, I distanced myself as I saw the wolf queen spitting out blood and dropping on the ground. Her eyes were barely open as she still stared at me, but this time I couldn't feel even a grain of ill intent, only pleading expression.

"Your majesty, do you want me to end this for you?" I asked warily as I stood at the safe distance.

Seeing her slowly nodding her head I can feel my chest tighten and ache as I watch her on her dying breath.

"What if I offer your life? Not only will you live you can also follow that child of yours and watch it grow up, you might not know but as long as he is my pet he will never die an actual death, I can always resurrect him so it can ease your mind. You can have that too; you just have to agree with me." I don't know why I'm talking with an animal but I can somehow feel she can understand me.

"My sister and I lost our parents not long ago, it's a pitiful fate for a child, my parents didn't have a choice but you do, so what is your choice your majesty." I spoke quietly as my chest tightens even more on the mention of my parents, I don't wish for my new partner to have the same fate I had.

I can see resignation in her eyes as she slowly closed them, waiting for the judgment. I looked around the cave and I found that beast skin paper I dropped in shock one she entered the cave, it was still hot as I took it in my hands, this is some high quality paper as it didn't turn into ashes after first usage. I approached wolf queen as I poured my mana into the sheet of paper before throwing it at her.

"Bind." My voice echoed in the darkness as the paper slowly floated on top of her head.

With a flash of white she disappeared and couple of notifications popped up in front of me.
