What can I say. I always wanted to write a book and even had world building plus start and ending made into a draft but always felt kinda cringe writing it as I never wrote anything before and the dialogues always felt awkward. But now with the help of AI I can flesh out my ideas and the dialogues can finally be made some sense. I know I am bad at writing so along the days, months, years that I take to finish this story I'll improve as a writer and make changes to old chapters. My first story Idea was from 2019 and it was kinda like shadow slave but I didn't have the knowledge or courage to write it and now after I read SS I really loved it. It was so much better than I could have ever written. Hopefully someday I can write a book with such great writing. Anyway its been a long post but please be kind to me.

This webnovel is a hidden gem in the fantasy genre! Author Jubaer1 crafts a unique blend of rags-to-riches ambition and supernatural intrigue, following Fang Bowen’s rise from a struggling office worker to an unstoppable force guided by the spirit of a financial sage. The Shanghai setting during the 2008 financial crisis adds a layer of realism that grounds the story amidst its fantastical elements. What sets this apart is the pacing—Bowen’s transformation feels earned, and the strategic moves he learns through the mysterious jade amulet are as exciting as any action scene. The supporting characters, like Zhang Lin, provide emotional depth and stakes that keep readers invested. While some dialogue could use polishing, the mix of humor, tragedy, and sharp insights into human ambition makes this a must-read. If you enjoy Slice of Life with a supernatural twist, don’t miss it!

My brutally honest review Firstly the mc personality is highly unrealistic because I believe hardly anyone in real life would read as much as the mc read with that much dedication Secondly the book publishing company or what not was highly when I say highly highly unrealistic no way in hell would an actual book publishing company read your book on the spot much less publishing it even if it's a hit they should have thousands of books to check if its worth investing in it as this is a business not a employment embassy Thirdly the cliche bullied by my boss then after immediately got rich it's becoming out if hand Fourthly no way in hell if the words are so closely related the so called "wealthiest man on earth or what not" thought that the best way to for the mc to earn money was to inform him how to write a book hell is that they are literally way better ways to make money and considering writing is not easy and the book itself ain't attractive like that would've been a blunder irl Lastly the books actually not bad if you look at it literally if I hadn't been purposely finding faults as I read it I would have rated it much higher
