Ruo Qin held captive

12am, Cargo Ship Port

Gao Jinlan assisted the masked man, Yang De as she drove them to a cargo shipping port where nobody could find them.

They lugged the unconscious Ruo Qin into an empty cargo container.

"About time you bid goodbye to your second life b*tch." Gao Jinlan smirked at Ruo Qin as Yang De tossed her down into the cargo.

Inside the cargo, it's where Yang De lives as a fugitive, escaping from the police. A old mattress, a lamp and some beer bottles scattered around. The shipping cargo container smell like cigarettes.

"Watch over her, she is our trump card. Once we control Wang Yan, we can have as much money and flee the country together." Gao Jinlan instructed Yang De, as she did not want her husband Chairman Gao to suspect her whereabouts at this hour. She left shortly.

After an hour, Ruo Qin finally came to her senses and realized she was knocked out by the guy who had her as hostage.

Ruo Qin squint her eyes open trying to identify the location. All she knew she is held captive in a shipping container.

"...Yyou..you are Yang De, the wanted man on newspaper!!!" Ruo Qin finally saw the man without his mask. She could identify him easily as she always collect the daily newspaper to place in the penthouse when she was working at Royal W.

Yang De appeared as The Wanted Man in newspaper by the police.

"Seems like you already knew me. I'll skip the introduction then.." Yang De grinned like psychotic killer as he lit up a cigarette on his hand.

"Until we get our money, you are going nowhere..if you try to escape...i don't know what i'll do to you..." Yang De slowly approached Ruo Qin as she struggle to back away with her hands and legs tied up.

1am, The Aescott

Luo wei, Fang Jie and Daniel arrived at the Aescott right after being informed what happened. Kris was not present as he have left to London for his art exhibition.

"Wei, are you able to detect anyone from the cameras?" Wang Yan asked firmly.

"I've traced from the black alley, Dr Tang was knocked out by a masked man, he seemed to know Dr Tang have an access card to the penthouse level." Luo wei examined each footage carefully.

"How does the man knows...Dr Tang is Ruo Qin's doctor?" Wang Ling asked, pointing out a very good question.

Fang Jie looked intrigued by her question.

"I second Wang Ling's question. There is no one would possibly know Dr Tang have the access card to the penthouse." Fang Jie continued.

"Does that mean....?" Daniel halted his words as he think..

"Dr Tang was threatened." Wang Yan and Luo wei muttered out the same possible answer at the same time.

"Have Ruo Qin ever had her therapy out of Aescott with Dr Tang?" Wang Ling asked again.

"No, Dr Tang only visits here for her physiotherapy." Wang Yan responded as he stood up from the sofa and walked towards the living hall windows..

He finally knew how did the masked man threatened Dr Tang.

"Someone been watching us..." Wang Yan stared out of the windows, his words made everyone turned silent.

James and Zoey immediately left Aescott to do a thorough check on the buildings that could have a view of the penthouse.

As there wasn't much high-rise buildings around Aescott, it should be easier to nail down where the person was watching them from.

Dr Tang finally woke up and went straight to the living hall. He decided to come clean with Wang Yan.

"Mr Wang..i'm sorry!!! The guy threatened me with my daughter's life. He said if i don't help him get in to the penthouse, i will have to collect my daughter's dead body!!!" Dr Tang went down on his knees and apologized profusely to Wang Yan.

"Dr Tang, if Ruo Qin doesn't come back to me safely, prepare to lose your doctor license." Wang Yan doesn't show mercy regardless the situation. This is how Wang Yan works.

"Renxi, i want all windows on this level completely tinted from the outside by morning." Wang Yan ordered Renxi.

"Yes sir, i'm on it." Renxi nodded and fished out his cellphone to make calls immediately.

Suddenly Luo wei paused the footage.

"Yan, i've ran the profiling identification match. It's a 90% match to this person, Yang De." Luo wei showed the profile to him.

"Yang De is a fugitive wanted by the police. He was involved in illegal drugs possession." Luo wei reads.

"Yang De...why would he want to abduct Ruo Qin then? Yan's relationship with Ruo Qin was never made official yet." Daniel couldn't understand the situation.

"That is right Sir. The day you exposed Gao Mei Zhen, Ruo Qin did not accept your confession as she haven't recovered her memory." Renxi enlightened.

Wang Yan then recalled the time they were being tailed when Ruo Qin went to the prison to get Mei zhen's shares transferred to Wang Yan.

"Wei, trace the surrounding of all Aescott exits, identify if a black toyota corolla is around Aescott..I want all visuals." Wang Yan requested.

"Yan..you should take a rest..." Wang Ling tapped on her brother's shoulder. He must have been exhausted with the explosion at Royal W and now Ruo Qin being abducted.

"Jie, you know i can't. The time is ticking, so is Qin's life." Wang Yan refuse to stop investigating with Luo wei.

On the other hand, Fang Jie noticed that Wang Ling yawned and struggled to stay awake. He went to the kitchen and heated up a glass of warm milk for her.

"Ms Wang, drink this, you'll feel better. Let me send you back to Royal W after finishing it, you must be tired after your flight here.." Fang Jie handed over the glass of milk to Wang Ling.

"Th..thank you." Wang Ling thanked, still embarrassed that she mistaken Fang Jie as the hotel staff earlier.

"Yan, allow me to send your sister back to W. I need to make a trip back and keep you posted of the explosion incident." Fang Jie picked up Wang Ling's coat as Wang Yan nodded in response.
