The Exhibition
2pm, Royal W Hotel
Wang Yan in his black suit with his hair neatly backcombed entered the conference room with other stakeholders and investors.
Alongside with Gao Holdings CEO, Fang Jie are there to discuss and sign the contract for Royal W Switzerland project.
"So..will we be trusting Mr Wang to personally manage the project in Switzerland?" Investor 1 asked.
"The contract we're signing today will be a mutual agreement, and the reason you are here is because you've trust me and i need not to give you the reassurance again, Mr Tan." Wang Yan firmly responded.
Indeed, everyone present are there because they already put their trust in Royal W, entrusting business to Wang Yan.
Just like that, the $2.1 billion dollar contracts were signed without much delay.
Wang Yan remained composed, calm and confident, its weirdly annoying but satisfying.
"Sir, here's the invitation for tonight's exhibition. It was from Director Li Tang" Renxi reached out an envelope from his blazer, handing it to Wang Yan.
Of course, Pixen Gallery would be honored to invite Wang Yan to the exhibition.
He was yearning to see her after all the updates Renxi have reported to him. What could be so frightening to let Ruo Qin give up on their relationship?
Today is the day, Wang Yan will get the truth.

6pm, Grand Palais @ Pixen Gallery
The gallery was exquisitely framed and displayed with Ruo Qin's paintings. There were some press media as celebrities like Kris Ler were attending the launch.
Kris Ler and Daniel arrived at the venue when they spotted Wang Yan at the entrance, all alone.

Kris Ler: So i see you still manage to get the invitation without my help.
Daniel: I'm glad i didnt gave up my invitation to him!
Wang Yan: I still couldn't find a reason why you're here Dan.
Daniel: Hey c'mon! don't be selfish, why can't i come to support Ruo Qin?!
Kris Ler: can you lower your voice Dan?! theres cameras everywhere!
Wang Yan: i hope you regretted inviting him Ler.

With a glass of champagne on hand, Wang Yan slowly browsed through each and every artwork Ruo Qin painted.
Each painting was detailed, delicate and soulful as if the painting spoke for itself.
Meanwhile, Ruo Qin is getting prepared in a room with Yun'er and Yu Tian. She was practicing her gaze for her speech later on. While Yu Tian guide her to shift her iris and gaze every few seconds to look natural.

"Thank you ladies and gentlemen for taking the time up to attend our launch exhibition this evening! I believe so everyone took the time to appreciate the paintings here by our new artist this season. Please put your hands together to welcome the young and angelic artist, Ms Ruo Qin!"
Mr Li Tang, Director of Pixen Gallery addressed the audiences with a loud applause.
The blazing spotlight shifted to the direction where Ruo Qin emerged in a simple black midi ruffled dress with a pair of white ballet flats, nothing too fancy or elegant.
Ruo Qin smiled, and bowed towards the audience.
But....
To Wang Yan's surprise, Ruo Qin was linking arms with Yu Tian up to the stage!
"Thank you..thank you everyone for coming tonight. It's been my honor to be able to display my artwork here at Pixen Gallery. It is like a dream come true. I want to thank my mother, for being my inspiration who never gave up painting no matter how hard life was on her. Thank you Mother"
Ruo Qin smiled and bowed deeply once again and the audience erupt in a graceful applause.
Madam Qian smiled gracefully on her wheelchair, not able to notice what happened to her daughter.
"Am i doing okay? Did it look too obvious?" Ruo Qin leaned near to Yu Tian's ear, whispering.
"Yes, relax. You did really great."
Yu Tian complimented that left her smiling.
The sight of Yu Tian hovering his hands over Ruo Qin just irked Wang Yan.

"Tonight's highlight would be the top few artwork by Ms Ruo Qin which will be up for auction momentarily! She also specifically requested 20% of the proceeds will be donated to the visually impaired and vascular disease as charity" - Mr Li Tang commences the auction.
The first artwork to be auctioned off, it was the first painting Ruo Qin painted before meeting Wang Yan.
"Love and Betrayal" - it was when she found out her husband, Song JianAn cheated on her.
Bold red colours that defined anger and hurt she felt that time.
The audience were given a bid placard each to raise their bids. It was a pretty quiet, and placid auction.
The first auction:Love and Betrayal was sold for 25 thousand dollars.
The second artwork was displayed, it was "Tranquil Paradise". Pastel and cheerful colours, it looked like a happy moment when she felt peaceful and at ease...
Clearly, it was no one other than Wang Yan who inspired her.
Without hesitation, Daniel raised his bid placard, raising it to 30 thousand dollars, capturing Wang Yan's attention.
Nonetheless, Wang Yan did not outbid him.
It was the last auction, when they presented a large framed fine painting. "Till Eternity".
A scene of a cloudy beach, with a stairway that faded into the cloudy lilac sky.
It's surreal yet breathtaking.
The crowd gasped in response. The painting was so stunning that the audiences were outbidding each other.
Yu Tian who was among the crowd, recalled this painting was the one Ruo Qin painted in Kyoto, before she was blinded. He wanted to own this piece of artwork.
"80 thousand", Yu Tian raised the bid by 20 thousand.
It wasn't long until....
...
"160 thousand", Wang Yan finally raised his bid placard, leaving the audience filled with astonishment. He've raised the bid TWICE of what Yu Tian bidded!
And sold!

The auction had come to an end when Wang Yan spotted Ruo Qin and Yu Tian about to take their leave.
"Renxi, contact the bidders for Ruo Qin's paintings, pay double the amount of what they bidded."
Wang Yan sents the message to Renxi before he followed behind and called out to Ruo Qin behind her back.
"Qin.."
This voice....!
...
..
Ruo Qin halt her steps..it's Wang Yan's voice!
Ruo Qin predicted that Wang Yan would attend this exhibition, which she had told Yu Tian to get her out in such situation, even before the start of her speech.

Yu Tian: Mr Wang..
Wang Yan: Get....out of my way.
Yu Tian: Ruo Qin is feeling a little unwell today, Director Li, plaese assist Ms Ruo Qin.
Li Tang: Of course.
Wang Yan: Don't make me repeat my words..
Yu Tian: Ruo Qin is currently under contract with my company, its our responsibilities to take care of her well-being. Mr Wang, i'm sure you can understand.

Wang Yan ignored Yu Tian and forcefully brace through his way to follow Ruo Qin.
But was only stopped by Yu Tian with a strong grip on Wang Yan's shoulder, Wang Yan shoved Yu Tian's grip off his shoulder forcibly.
Wang Yan's gaze was oddly terrifying that he would kill if Yu Tian makes another move.
"If you want to find out the truth, i will tell you the truth."
Yu Tian spoke standing right beside Wang Yan without any eye contact between the both of them.
Wang Yan heard it..
Truth was what he want.
