Thermal weapons were not allowed. Only cold weapons, like knives and swords and Fundamental Techniques, could be used.

This was indeed fair. After all, if there was no restriction to the usage of weapons, whoever had the most destructive weapons would win. Moreover, the damage caused by the weapons of mass destruction could not be underestimated, as they could cause numerous casualties!

The rules of the PK battle were simple and easy to understand. Steve commented upon this fact, stating, "The rules are fine, but I still have a question."

Steve then asked, "In the group battle that is coming up next, are weapons of mass destruction still allowed? If so, then that is unfair to recruits like us!"

Connell heard his words, frowned, then said, "The two teams in the group battle are not allowed to use weapons of mass destruction either."
