Flashback continues

Some days passed after the confession.

The week was a hectic one for both of them. Khushi was working on a project and Arnav was preparing for an upcoming event. So they didn't spend much of their time with each other. It was just when he would pick her in the morning they had some chat otherwise they were busy. They would leave college at a different time so Arnav wasn't dropping her either. But still, they would never forget to ask each other if they had lunch. Both were workaholics so would forget to eat and then would scold each other for not taking care of oneself.

It was Sunday today and the duo decided to spent time so they were in the farmhouse. Also, their exams were near so they thought to prepare for it together.

Arnav was helping her with a maths problem and she was listening to it very carefully. She was looking into the copy fully immersed in that problem and was trying to understand the tricks she needs to apply. After some seconds she realised that Arnav wasn't speaking anything though the problem wasn't over yet. She looked up from her copy and found Arnav staring at her. She was confused.

Khushi: What happened? Why are you staring at me like that?

Arnav: I was admiring you. You don't leave a chance to look absolutely gorgeous be it any time. Isn't it?

Her cheeks had a shade of light red now.

Khushi: Kya love aap bhi kuch bhi kehte rehte hai.Jab dekho mazak karte rehte hai. (What love you say just anything. All-time you are in a joking mood.)

Arnav Are tujhe lagta hai mazak kar raha comeon sweetheart. I am serious Jaan and this red nose of yours( he touched her nose with his finger) when you blush or get angry and those pinky cheeks. They are a cherry on the cake. ( You think I am kidding)

Khushi: Arnav, please.

Arnav: What please? You seriously look like a cute joker.

Khushi: What?

Arnav started laughing loudly looking at her.

Khushi: Achha to hum aapko Joker jaise lagte hai. Rukiye aap hum abhi batate hai aapko.( Oh! So I look like a joker to you. Stop I will tell you.)

She picked a cushion from the sofa and started hitting him lightly. He was trying to save himself from her and was laughing telling her to stop but she was also in the mood of having some fun. Arnav too picked up a cushion and started hitting her back. They were a little tired now so stopped fighting. Then both looked at each other and started laughing.

They were really behaving like kids. Arnav had stopped laughing he was looking at her. She had a mesmerising smile. The infectious one which could drug any man.

Arnav was sitting on the floor and pulled Khushi over himself Khushi was now in his arms before she could say something he lied her down on the floor and was now on top of her staring in her eyes. Their hearts were beating fastly. Her chest was heaving due to the closeness. He was so dangerously close to her. He was about to kiss her lips.

Just then the phone rang and they came out of their trance. Both got up and Khushi looked for the caller. It was from Khushi's home.

It was just a week of their relationship and he was feeling so many desires. This girl had the power to create havoc in his senses.

They were back to studies. After an hour or so they completed their studies. Arnav brought coffee for both.

They were in the garden now enjoying their coffee. Khushi finished the coffee and sat next to Arnav on the swing. She held his hand in hers and kept her head on his shoulder.

Arnav: Are you tired Jaan?

Khushi: No love but I am thinking something.

Arnav: Like what?

He too kept his head over her head locking her hand with his.

Khushi: We are couple, love but I am scared. What if we crossed our limit?

Arnav took her hand and kissed back of her palm lightly.

Arnav: Jaan, you trust me right. I will not deny that yes I desire you but I promise you that I won't cross my limits.

Yes, Khushi trusted him. She had no questions or doubts in her mind. She knew he won't let her down.

They sat for some more time in the garden enjoying the pure air and the serene environment.

After some days it was the day for Arnav's event. He was looking at final preparations. It was lunchtime and he was in the canteen. He and Khushi had decided to have lunch with each other.

Hey Arnie how are you came a voice Arnav turned back and the girl came and hugged him. The whole of the scene was observed was Khushi who was burning in jealousy finding a girl hugging him like that how dare she? She will kill her. Arnav was about to push back Sheena then he saw Khushi. He knew she would be jealous so he too played back just to tease her. He hugged Sheena back and then they broke the hug.

Arnav: Hey Shenna how are you, baby?

Sheena was Arnav's school friend. She was a little bit cheesy. She was behind Arnav in school time but Arnav never gave her attention to her but being the gentleman he behaved properly with her.

Arnav: Great Suprise you here.

Sheena: For the event, I am the participant.

Khushi was hurt now it was still okay for her when that girl hugged Arnav but she never expected that he would retort it back. She walked out from there. Arnav saw her walking away. Did he upset her? Damn, he was mad though he.

Arnav: Oh! that's cool Sheena. Umm, I will take leave, have some urgent work.

Arnav ran towards Khushi but she was already gone.
