Part-22 (Pacifying)

Flashback continues

Arnav ran towards Khushi but she was already gone. He knew where she could be he went to the terrace of college.

She was standing there.

You are the biggest idiot Arnav he scolded himself. He knew she was weeping. He came and hugged her from the back. She tried to get out of his grip but it was of no use he held her more tightly. She stopped struggling. He rested his chin on her shoulder.

Arnav: Sorry Jaan. I am really sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you. I just thought to...

Khushi: Why are you even bothered to explain do whatever you feel like.

Arnav: Jaan please you have all the right to be angry with me but then even I have the rights to explain you. I thought to tease you a little.

Khushi: A LITTLE Seriously. You retorted back her hug and baby. You were calling her a baby?

Arnav: Jaan...

Khushi: I don't want to hear anything. I want to go leave me.

Arnav: That I can't ever. I know I did a big mistake. Won't you accept sorry of your love? Please ( He made a puppy face she was facing him now.)

Khushi: Don't emotional blackmail me Mr Raizada. Would you like it if I hug someone in front of you?

This actually made Arnav understand her point of view. He felt so angry to even think of it. He held her closer. I will kill that bastard said Arnav burning in rage.

Khushi: Exactly that's what I felt when you were hugging that bitch. I felt like pulling her hair and dragging her through the corridors till the time she was hugging you but then you hugged her back.

She holds the collar of his shirt how dare you? She then started hitting him on his chest. He didn't mind. He didn't even try to stop her. After that she was tired. He hugged her she struggled a bit but then hugged him back.

Khushi: You won't do it again. You are getting me.

Arnav: Never ever not even to tease I am so sorry. He kissed her forehead. She smiled a little she again hugged him and kissed lightly on his chest.

Arnav: Khushi I think we should go downstairs. I am really hungry.

Khushi: Then go and eat with that bitch. She mimicked him "Let's have lunch baby".

Arnav chucked such an antique she was. A drama queen.

Arnav: Then what about my Jaan. With whom she will eat?

Khushi: She won't eat.

Arnav: You think her love will allow her to stay hungry?

Khushi: No.I know you love and that why I am telling you. I will kill that girl who would try to come close to you. I will pull her hair. You are just mine.

Arnav: And what if I tried to look at any other girl Then would you pull my hair too.

Khushi: No then I will die...

Arnav kept a hand on her mouth.

Arnav: Jaan never says this again. Arnav means nothing without Khushi. You mean life to me. I was just joking. I can't even think of looking at someone but you. I love you.

Khushi: I love you too. I know you won't ever do it. I trust you. Before lunch gets over let's go then you have the event. And stay away from that Sheena.

Arnav: Yes ma'am.

She chuckled at his reply. They went downstairs had lunch and were back to their own works.

The event was a success and all appreciated Arnav's effort. Khushi was so happy.

After some days Khushi's project was so complete. Now it was exam time. Again the love birds couldn't much time together.

But their love was growing with every passing second. They won't leave a single chance to express love to each other.

Exams were over. It was holiday time. The college had organised a trip to Shimla and Manali for students. Though initially, Khushi denied then Arnav had convinced her and they were ready to go.

All the packing was done. It was a 5 days tour. As always Arnav picked Khushi to go to the railway station. Viraj was sitting at the front seat so she sat back.

Viraj: Hey Khushi so all good.

Khushi: Yeah Viraj and you say?

Viraj: I am angry with you. Now you don't even talk to me.

Khushi: I am sorry Viraj. Actually you know there were exams and the project so...

Viraj: I am kidding girl don't be so serious.

Trio reached the station and checked for their seats. Khushi's and Arnav's seat was in different train compartments. Khushi was a little upset but then Arnav assured her that he will do something for sure.

Once everyone was settled he talked to the boy whose seat was beside Khushi. He agreed and exchanged his seat with Arnav. Khushi was really happy she hugged him in excitement but before she could say something Arnav reminded her that there were people around. She sat on his seat after some time everyone decided to have dinner. It was a big group now. Apart from Viraj, there were many other friends of Arnav. They all enjoyed dinner taking laughing.

After dinner, everyone decided to play Antakashri. Since Khushi always lived music she was enjoying the game to fullest. Arnav felt content to see her enjoying the initial phase of their trip.

Arnav and Khushi were in different teams. But this worked as an advantage for them they were expressing their love to each other through songs and no so one had an idea about it.

Khushi sang "Kon tujhe" from 'Ms dhoni' while Arnav sang "Subhanallah" from "yeh jawani hai diwani.".

After sometime teachers came and switched off lights as it was sleeping time. All settle on their births to sleep. But two souls weren't in a mood to sleep. Arnav was talking with Khushi in a very low voice. They were deciding the next day plans. After sometime sleep took over them.
