Plans Taking Form
Sam was currently unconscious, unaware of the danger he was in. The Vasian woman froze solid with Jana's shout and visibly calmed herself and faced her. "Yes, Matriarch." The woman waved a hand and the knife disappeared with a rush into the woman's' Pocket ring. After ordering her guards, Sam was carried off to her handmaid and instructed to wash him. Jana shook her head and returned to her office after the situation had been handled.
Sam POV-
Although the view had been glorious, it was highly overshadowed by being washed down by Jana's handmaids. He tried his hardest not to think about that now. While he was unconscious, a whole day had gone by, and he was no closer to solving his main quest. Sam rose from the bed and left the room heading towards Jana's office. Jana sat at her desk writing as Sam walked into the room.
"Ah... Sam, I was just going to call for you." Jana laid down her pen and stood straighter in her seat.
Jana had an expression that told Sam that she meant business and decided to let her speak first. "Sam, I'm going to be frank, we need you to work for us and we need your planet immense resources too. You see I could just bypass you and directly mine without your permission, but one day, you will leave here and tell the UHF what we have done. Although you are probably wondering why this matters, we could just kill you after all. We are apart of the UHF and are bound to its rules just like anyone else." Jana let this sink in a moment then continued.
"So Sam, will you let us mine and use resources in your system." Sam thought about the practical uses of owning a planet and if he cared if they mined resources. But the resources of a planet are finite. Also although he liked Jana, he didn't see himself giving it all away for free.
"I will let you mine in the system, but there are conditions."
"And they are?" Jana looked at him more intently this time even leaning over the desk at him. Sam knew for this deal he was going to suggest four conditions.
1. Their rights to mine in the system are limited to asteroid belts and the surface of Yale.
2. Sam will take away 20% of the profit of any sold ore.
3. To mine in the system, they will help him develop Yale into a more livable place to live, including the construction of buildings, facilities, etc
4. Their rights to mine exclusively mine will last for 5 years, afterward terms will be renegotiated.
"Deal" Jana looked over-joyed and almost dived across the desk to shake his hand. This had Sam worried. Did he undersell his planets resources, Jana grabbed the limp hand at his side and gave it a shake before sprinting out of the room. Sam shook his head and walked back to his room, what he wanted to do next was find his ship. Before he could idle about, Sam noticed his wrist flashing again, opening the menu, he read the notification.

Sam frowned at this, could he perhaps have gotten more out of her? Well, no use crying over spilled milk, off to the ship! The current problem, however, was that Sam had no idea where his ship was. Sam looked at his menu to see if it could locate the ship, after scrolling through a few menus he saw a tab for' Owned Vessels', clicking it he saw a 3D image of his ship. Underneath was general information about his ship.

Underneath all of that was a switch that said 'Show On HUD', turning it on Sam saw a dot appear in the bottom left corner of his vision. It wasn't that far away but it would at least take him ten minutes to get there. However, If Sam just walks around blindly, He'll probably get into another bad situation like earlier. Maybe he can ask someone to lead him to the ship? It's not a bad idea, but if looks could kill, then he is pretty sure the looks everyone has been giving him would have killed him by now.
