***2 days later***
'What is the total EXP I'm getting now?"
(*Ding* Rie is providing 7,000 EXP every day. After upgrading Antony's level, he is providing 4,500 EXP every day. So, 11,500 EXP in total. You should be able to catch up to Itachi in pure stats in 11 months. But I doubt that Itachi's stats will remain stagnant for so long. According to my calculations, you should take about 2 years to be able to hold your own against Itachi. It will take a bit more time to actually defeat him.)
'That's pretty good. By the time I go to Hogwarts, I should be able to curb stomp Voldemort. Although I won't interfere much with the plot, but having the reassurance that I can kill him if the need arises is a good thing. I just hope that one of those three beings who fought over you don't support Voldemort. It would make the situation a mess.'
(*Ding* You shouldn't have said that. Now you have jinxed it!)
'Shit! Me and my big mouth. Sigh!'
'Don't worry master. I will cut down anything that stands in your way. I am your sword Zangetsu, as long as something troubles you I WILL cut it down.'
'Rie too. Rie will also cut things down. Yesterday I cut down Itachi's cloak. He said that Rie has improved and now Rie can help master handle things. Master let Rie handle things! Rie will do her best!'
'Yes, yes. Rie sure has grown. I will think of a way to let you do some tasks soon.'
Wiliam swiped away the non-existent sweat drops. Handling a child was really difficult, you can't be too lenient and you can't be too heavy handed. He also wanted her to enjoy the outside world but he was having a little trouble making her understand the concept of holding back. If she met dragons and powerful people then things should be okay. But if she met a normal civilian then things could get worse very quickly.
William felt Louise turning beside him and he focused his attention out of his inner world. He could see that she was still sleepy but she wanted to wake up earlier than usual for some reason. While not sure about his cute master's plan he still helped her freshen up and get into the school dress.
"Master, I am going out to town with Kirche and Tabitha today. Do you want to come too?"
"Why that Zerbst woman? Haven't I warned you not to get friendly with her? If you want to explore the town then I am enough to show you around. Why must you interact with that wench?"
"Master, she is a good friend of mine. You shouldn't talk bad about her, behind her back. I thought nobles were above such paltry machinations."
In the few days that William had spent with Louise, he had quickly learned the emphasis she put on being a noble. It was all fine and dandy if it was a normal enemy that got access to such an information, but it held a totally different destructive force in the hands of someone as shameless as William. 'Being a noble' excuse worked perfectly in controlling Louise's temper, so he planned to milk the heck out of it, for as long as he could.
Suddenly the door burst open and Kirche entered the room. Tabitha was in her tow, silently reading a book.
"Today is a void day, Zero. I'm taking my dear for a tour around the town. Don't disturb us okay?"
"You wench! Zerbst how many times do I have to make it clear that William is my familiar?"
"So what if he is your familiar. He is a human too. You can't just force him not to make friends or be single forever. We have decided that we should get to know each other more intimately, we agreed to go out together yesterday evening. So don't interrupt us right now."
After giving Louise a piece of her mind, Kirche moved forward to get William into her arms but Louise stopped her.
"I am also going to the town today. He is going together with me. You can tag along if you want but don't disturb us."
This was the most concession Louise was willing to make. Kirche was fine with the arrangement. As far as she was concerned, she had a way better relationship with William. If they went out together, Louise should be quickly neglected during the conversations.
What she didn't know was that William was trying to make them friends. It would help Louise grow out of her inferiority complex as well as loneliness.
Although the town was far away, Tabitha's familiar, Sylphid, covered the huge distance within a quarter of an hour. As this was his first time visiting a fantasy town, William was genuinely excited. He was joyfully walking around exploring everything in his way.
But when they were walking around the fountain to get some street food, William felt a very familiar tingling sensation.
Killing Intent. During his spar with Itachi, he had become very intimate with this sensation. The opponents resolve to kill you. This one was very weak compared to Itachi's and not only that, but his instincts were also telling him that he was not the target, rather someone close to him was.
He tried to discretely look around for shady people but he found nothing. The feeling had quickly disappeared as soon as he had started looking around, maybe the target had escaped because he felt exposed? William didn't know nor did he care.
Since the other party was prepared to make a move in such a crowded street then he or she was dangerous! He wanted to search for the killer himself but he didn't want to alarm the girls. Although they acted tough in front of him he knew that except Tabitha, the other two were completely sheltered ladies.
'Itachi, I felt killing intent around me. Search, interrogate and destroy.'
'It will be done, William.'
'Thanks for the help. I really don't want the girls to face something like this so early on.'

Also, as you may have noticed this is my first time writing a novel. I am gathering experience to write a good original novel. Don't worry I will finish this first before taking any other project. If you have time go to this quora link below, it actually helps me out :)
