The series takes place 10 years after Rizun The Movie: End Game and follows a character named Jasper. Jasper is a special agent attached to an oragnaization called Segma. The years following the demon war that took place between Noble Cross and Genesis Co resulted in the United States government developing a special oraganization that would combat the evils in our world and the Outer Rift (Demon Relam). As a result, Segma developed the Primal Program, which scientists took DNA from the top animal species across the globe and infused them with Spiritual Aura, creating the Primal Index. Infusing the Primal Index into a host would then give the host power beyond imaginable and would be considered a super solider and be called a Primal Code, capable of defeating any foes that would stand in their way. All is going according to plan with the project until a select few of the operatives begin craving more power and turn against Segma. Jasper, however, stays loyal to the organization and is tasked out to hunt and retrieve all of the Primal Codes that have escaped and are now causing chaos. The series will follow Jasper as he hunts down his fellow Primal Coders and learns to control his own abilities.

Rizun: Primal

*The scene opens to Jasper loading weapons in an armory at SEGMA Headquarters*


Armorer: I've given you enough ammunition to get you through the next few days.


Jasper: Too much of a risk sending operatives to capture Primal Coders. Command knows that they wouldn't stand a chance. 


Jasper: I know how they fight, and with me being a Primal Code myself, I'm the best viable option.


Armorer: Seems like a suicide mission to me.


Jasper: And that is why you stay safe within the confounds of your metal box. *Locks the bolt to the rear of his rifle* I'll see you around.


*Jasper leaves the armory and makes his way to the hanger. Ross runs up to him.* 


Ross: Commander Reyes already approved it, guess I'm tagging along....


Jasper: *Smiles* Guess I could use some company.


*The two enter the hanger, where a helicopter awaits them. Commander Reyes stands near the helicopter.*


Commander Reyes: Are you two ready to leave?


Ross: About as ready as I will ever be...


Commander Reyes: You have your orders, take out the other Primal Coders, use Force if you have to, unless they give up willingly. 


Jasper: You and I both know that option will not be taken....


Commander Reyes: *Nods* If all possible we would like to avoid anyone being killed, but you are right....


Jasper: According to our Intel reports, Minotaur is my first target.....


Ross: He's not going to go down easily.


Commander Reyes: Duke...he must be drawing you out.


Jasper: We have never seen eye to eye, even during the Primal Selection. 


Commander Reyes: Do you think he knows you're tracking him?


Jasper: They aren't stupid. They are using Duke to draw me out....


Jasper: Would make sense, I am their biggest threat. They take me out, no one will be able to stop them....


Commander Reyes: More the reason to stop them now...


Jasper: Sir, with your permission, I will need to use my Primal Index to its fullest.....


Commander Reyes: *Frowns* Understood, But be careful, that power can tear you apart if you aren't strong enough to control it....


*The pilot from within the helicopter opens the hatch*


Pilot: Sir, we are ready to go, we have coordinates on the Minotaur's location.


*Ross enters the helicopter, followed by Jasper*


Commander Reyes: Don't get yourself killed.


*The hatch closes and the helicopter takes off into the night. Below Commander Reyes pulls out a cell phone*


Commander Reyes: Keep an eye on him, I want to see how this will turn out....
